2BEK Series Water Ring Vacuum Pumps
2BEK series water ring vacuum pump is a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving products developed by Shanghai Kaiquan Pump Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. It is usually used to pump gases that do not contain solid particles and are insoluble or slightly soluble in the working fluid. The working fluid is generally normal temperature water.

Note:
- 2BEK water ring vacuum pumps, each type has a variety of speeds and materials to choose from, and there are different transmission matching forms for the same speed;
- The supporting power of the motor in the above table can satisfy the vacuum pump to work in the full suction range. For example, the vacuum pump can be fixed at a certain point or a certain section to work under the suction absolute pressure. The motor can also be configured according to the actual shaft power of the working point. The motor power May be less than the power in the table;
- The reducer can be selected according to the specific usage conditions and usage environment;
- If the vacuum pump discharge pressure is higher than atmospheric pressure, the motor power may need to be increased depending on the working conditions;
- Belt drive units that require explosion-proof must be equipped with anti-static belts;
- For pumps with a middle partition in the pump body, both sides of the pump can work under different suction pressures. Its speed, matching form, and overall installation dimensions are the same as those of the corresponding prototype pump.

Adaptable
In order to meet different anti-corrosion requirements, the flow-passing parts can be made of corresponding stainless steel materials.
The flow-passing parts are sprayed with polymer anti-corrosion coating, which can meet strong corrosion requirements.
Shaft seals include packing seals and various mechanical seals to meet different working conditions.
A variety of transmission methods form a variety of supporting forms, such as motor direct transmission, pulley transmission, reducer transmission, etc.

The optimized hydraulic model design greatly improves the operating efficiency of the pump in the 160~1013hPa area, making it more efficient and energy-saving.
Smooth operation and high reliability
The optimized hydraulic design and the larger width-to-diameter ratio of the impeller enable the pump to achieve a lower linear speed than other series of pumps when obtaining the same air pumping volume. At the same time, the simple structural design makes the operation of the pump more stable and reliable, and the noise is lower.
- Single-stage single-action horizontal structure, simple, reliable and easy to maintain.
- It is equipped with horizontal exhaust port and vertical exhaust port to facilitate user’s process use.
- Equipped with an automatic drain valve to control the starting liquid level of the pump to avoid overload starting.
- The rotor gap adjustment mechanism can accurately ensure the gap between the impeller end surface and the distributor surface, thereby ensuring the performance of the pump and the safe operation of the pump without friction.
- The exhaust port equipped with a flexible valve plate can automatically adjust the exhaust angle, allowing the pump to operate efficiently under different suction states.
- The impeller reinforcement ring moves away from the end face to prevent impurities from being retained and reduce the impact of scaling on the pump.
- There are inspection and maintenance holes on the side cover, so you can easily inspect the flow parts and repair the valve plate components without disassembling the pump.
- The bearings adopt double-row tapered roller bearings with large load-bearing capacity, and the structural design of key parts is strengthened so that the pump can adapt to harsh working conditions such as load impact fluctuations. When equipped with a heat exchanger, the working fluid can be recycled and water loss can be reduced. Through the self-priming function of the vacuum pump, the cooled working fluid is introduced into the pump without the need for a separate booster device.
