In our factory, thorough inspections are conducted on common casting parts, spare parts, and standard components. For instance, 2-ton casting parts undergo an intensive strength test, with 3 Siamese test bars prepared for each part. Only those that pass the stringent test are deemed qualified for use, ensuring the highest quality standards. Additionally, key components undergo on-site inspections, such as sending quality testers to suppliers’ factories for meticulous flaw inspections on every shaft. Machining of spare parts

Composition Analysis of Raw Materials

The Material Research Laboratory oversees the procurement of materials for our company. Our Physical and Chemical Laboratory conducts thorough analyses on raw materials for casting parts and semi-finished products. Utilizing specialized machines, we perform chemical composition analyses on various materials like cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, rubber, etc. All materials undergo selective inspection upon arrival at the factory, ensuring that only qualified materials proceed to the machining phase.

Metallographic Analysis of Raw Materials

The Material Research Laboratory creates comprehensive metallographic analysis charts for various metal materials. Our Physics and Chemistry Laboratory performs metallographic analyses on metal components such as shafts, stainless steel casting parts, and standard components. These analyses assess whether the non-metal impurity levels meet industry standards and ensure that the metallographic structure aligns with the required quality standards.

Rough Machining and Heat Treatment

Following the successful completion of metallographic and composition analyses, spare parts undergo precise rough machining and inspection. Our Heat Treatment Workshop, guided by technical procedures and specifications developed by the Material Research Laboratory, expertly conducts heat treatment on these spare parts. Specialists oversee and ensure the quality of the heat treatment process.

Inspection of spare parts

Following a specific technological process, our Quality Control Department conducts initial and in-process inspections during machining, followed by selective examinations post-machining. Small batch productions undergo comprehensive inspections, ensuring that only qualified parts proceed to the assembly shop for the next phase.

Product Assembly

Adhering to a specific technological process, the Assembly Shop utilizes specialized industrial equipment for assembling spare parts, guided by the expertise of the R&D and Crafts sectors. Following assembly, rigorous supervision and testing by the Quality Control Department ensure quality. Only the qualified products proceed to the test center for comprehensive performance testing.

Performance Test

The Test Center oversees product performance tests based on specified testing criteria and customer-specific requirements. Comprehensive evaluations, including pump hydraulic performance, motor performance, noise, and vibration tests, yield results sent to the Quality Control Department. Only products meeting the stringent criteria are entrusted to our customers, ensuring top-notch quality.
