AF Series Foam Pump
The AF series foam pump is a new generation product developed and manufactured by our factory based on the absorption and assimilation of advanced domestic and international technologies. It is now widely used in metallurgical, coal, chemical, and other industrial sectors. Suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive slurries containing foam, this series of pumps effectively eliminates foam in the slurry during operation. It can still operate normally even with insufficient feed material, making it particularly suitable for various flotation processes and an ideal product for conveying foamy slurries.
AF Series Foam Pump

Diameter: 50~200 mm
Flow rate: 8~560 cubic meters/hour
Head: 5~30 meters

1. This type of pump utilizes SP and SPR type bearing assemblies. The bearing housing is equipped with a motor base or motor mount, allowing for direct or indirect drive. The pulley can be easily replaced to change the pump speed and adapt to varying operating conditions.
2. The material hopper is made of steel, stainless steel, or steel lined with rubber, etc. It features a tangential inlet and an overflow tank. The overflow tank conveniently returns excess material to the material pool, and the tangential inlet allows the material to quickly enter the pump and eliminate some of the foam.
3. The pump head has a double-casing structure. Depending on the conveyed medium, the wetted parts can be made of metal, rubber, or other non-metallic materials.
Integrated design, flexible layout
The open vortex created by the sump and vertical “wet end” inlet ensures smooth operation and prevents air locking
Cantilever design eliminates the need for submerged bearings or shaft seals
Tapered tank design and tangential inlet create an open vortex
Wear-resistant wet end components ensure long service life
The pump shaft is supported by grease-lubricated anti-friction bearings
Transmission types:
DC direct drive, BD vertical belt drive, etc.

The AF series foam pumps are widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical, and other industries.
They are suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive slurries containing foam. These pumps effectively eliminate foam from the slurry during operation and can still function normally even with insufficient feed material. They are particularly suitable for various flotation processes and are ideal for conveying foamy slurries.
• Transports abrasive and corrosive slurries containing foam through a hopper and spiral frame liner, thereby improving slurry conveying capacity.
• Double-layer casing structure.
• No shaft seal or flushing water required.
• Liquid-immersed components can be made of wear-resistant metal or rubber.
• Easy to maintain.
