- Highly reliable submersible motor
A specially designed and manufactured submersible motor with a protection level of IP68 and a stator winding with F-class insulation. Due to the good cooling effect of submersible operation and the low actual temperature rise of the winding, the motor is more durable. The motor dissipates heat through the casing, and as long as the medium submerges half of the height of the motor stator, it can operate reliably and safely. The more submerged, the more conducive it is to the cooling of the motor.
The cable is a sewage resistant heavy-duty rubber sheathed flexible cable, and the core section of the cable is selected for continuous full load operation at an ambient temperature of 40 ℃, which is very reliable. The cable has been re fixed on the handle to avoid damage during transportation, installation, and use.
- The motor has a tight seal and strict inspection
1) Sealing of the shaft
Two independent single end mechanical seals are arranged on the pump side and motor side respectively, forming two shaft seals, with a leakage rate of less than one tenth of that of the double end mechanical seal. The lubricating oil in the oil chamber lubricates and cools the friction pair of the upper machine seal. The pump side mechanical seal in contact with the medium adopts a hard to hard friction pair of silicon carbide/silicon carbide, with high hardness and low friction coefficient, which is not easy to wear and fail; The motor side mechanical seal immersed in oil as a whole adopts a graphite/silicon carbide “soft to hard” friction pair, with a low friction coefficient and easy “running in”, ensuring reliable sealing. The material of rubber components for mechanical seals is fluororubber, which has excellent oil resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, and high temperature resistance. Springs and other structural components are made of stainless steel.
2) Full sealing of cables
The BWQ series cast stainless steel pump motor cable adopts a fully sealed structure with a casting head. The cable sheath, cable core, and casting head are vulcanized into a whole to ensure that water does not enter the motor cavity through the cable sheath. But the cable head cannot come into contact with water, as water entering the cable will seriously reduce the insulation resistance of the cable and affect safety.
3) Sealing between parts
O-shaped sealing rings are used as reliable static seals at the connection and fitting points between various parts.
4) Sealing inspection
Only after passing the pressure test can the parts be assembled. Each pump undergoes strict air pressure testing during and after assembly to ensure the sealing of the motor.
- Reliable bearing configuration
We use high-quality deep groove ball bearings from well-known brands, which have sufficient load margin to ensure the reliable operation of the product.
- Jet mixing function (optional)
If necessary, a jet mixing hole can be opened on the pump body. When the pump is running, the pressure water inside the pump forms a high-speed jet flow through the jet hole for strong mixing, making a large range of impurities
The mass is suspended and sucked in by the pump before being discharged, so as not to form sediment over a large range, which is superior to mechanical stirring only at the pump inlet.

The BWQ series pump has three installation methods: automatic coupling installation (Z), flexible hose mobile installation (R), and rigid pipe mobile installation (Y). Flexible hose mobile installation and rigid pipe mobile installation are very simple and do not require detailed description. Below is an introduction to automatic coupling installation:

Automatic coupling installation does not require the use of conventional fasteners to connect pumps and pipelines. The coupling device only has four components: the outlet pipe seat, guide rod, guide rod frame, and coupling frame. The guide rod only starts to guide Direct action, no force, can be achieved by cutting ordinary water pipes or steel pipes into the required length according to the depth of the pool, so users can bring it themselves. During installation, remove the outlet pipe seat, guide rod, and guide rod Install the coupling frame onto the pump body, lift the pump, thread the semi-circular hole on the coupling frame into the guide rod, slide the pump down along the guide rod, and the coupling frame will align with the outlet pipe seat Tight. When repairing the pump, simply lift it upwards and the pump will detach from the outlet pipe seat. This installation method is very convenient for pump maintenance.
Since the coupling device and the pump are relatively independent, if your pump station needs to be replaced with a low-lift or high-lift pump of the same caliber due to changes in conditions, you can still use the original coupling device.

The KQK-E control cabinet equipped with this series of submersible sewage pumps is an economical, safe, reliable, and easy to maintain automatic control system. The control cabinet adopts low-voltage electrical appliances and liquid level sensors from well-known domestic and foreign brands, which have protection functions such as short circuit, phase loss, and overload. The control cabinet can adopt ordinary relay control or panel controller control schemes, equipped with float level switches, water level electrodes and other liquid level sensors. In the absence of personnel, the water pump can be automatically controlled to start and stop according to the height of the liquid level. Except for single control products, all products with main and backup pump control have the function of automatically shutting down the faulty pump and putting the backup pump into operation. The two pump and three pump control cabinets can achieve automatic alternating or cyclic operation to achieve equal running time for each pump.
The commonly configured control cabinet components are mainly well-known domestic brands such as Tianzheng, Chint, and Delixi; The high-end control cabinet components are mainly from internationally renowned brands such as Schneider, Siemens, and ABB. The BWQ series small submersible sewage pump is mainly used in construction buildings, hospitals, municipal engineering, chemical electroplating, aquaculture, pharmaceutical, industrial sewage and sewage treatment situations. - The medium temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the medium density shall be ≤ 1050kg/m3.
- Standard configuration with a pH value of 4-10; Special 316 material with a pH value of 2-13;
- The minimum liquid level should comply with the liquid level marked with “▽” in the installation dimension diagram.
- The diameter of the solid matter in the medium should not be greater than 80% of the minimum flow channel size of the pump. For the flow channel size, see the “Main Parameters” of each pump below. The length of fibers in the medium should not be greater than the discharge diameter of the pump.
