G/GH Series Gravel Pump
The G/GH type gravel pump is an imported technology product. It features a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever centrifugal pump with a belt-connected design. It is lightweight, has good cavitation performance, strong abrasion resistance, a wide flow channel, and is easy to install and use. It can continuously transport large, highly abrasive mud and sand, making it suitable for dredging, sand pumping, and river dredging.

The wet-parts are made of Ni-hard and high chromium white iron abrasion-resistance alloys.
The discharge direction of pump can be oriented in any direction of 360°as you requested.
G/G(H) has obviously advantages of easy installation and operation, good performance of low NPSH and abrasion-resistance in severe duties.

This series of gravel pumps is mainly used for the continuous transport of highly abrasive slurries with particles that are too large to be transported by ordinary slurry pumps, such as dredging by dredgers, pumping sand by sand dredgers, dredging of waterways, and transport of slag in mining and metal smelting.
G-series gravel pumps: Impeller, wear plates, and wet flow components are all made of metal.
GH-series high-lift gravel pumps: Impeller, wear plates, and wet flow components are all made of metal.
Pump shaft seals: Packing seal, auxiliary impeller + packing seal, mechanical seal.
Slurry pump structure: This series of gravel pumps consists of a pump head, sealing components, bearing components, brackets, etc. The bearings are lubricated with grease. The impeller, pump body, front wear plate, and rear wear plate are all made of high-wear-resistant high-chromium alloy or wear-resistant alloy steel, with a hardness of not less than 58HRC.
Transmission methods: V-belt drive, flexible coupling drive, gear reducer drive, hydraulic coupling drive, frequency converter, thyristor speed regulation, etc. Multiple speeds and variations allow the pump to operate under optimal conditions. Long service life, high operating efficiency, and able to meet various harsh conveying conditions.

4. The pump’s discharge direction is adjustable 360°, facilitating installation and use.
5. The support structure uses adjustable acetic acid lubrication and is equipped with an external oil injection nozzle for easy maintenance.
6. Small size, light weight, simple structure, and easy disassembly facilitate worker maintenance, saving significant labor costs.
7. The product is designed using CAD, featuring excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency, energy and water savings, long service life, reasonable structure, reliable operation, low vibration and noise, and convenient maintenance.
8. The flow-through components are made of various metal materials, offering good wear and corrosion resistance, low wear rate, and a slow and stable decrease in overall efficiency as the flow-through components wear.
