GQWZ Series Full-flow Pump
Kaiquan Full Through Flow Pump is an axial flow pump product with independent intellectual property rights, which combines the electric motor and water pump impeller, where the pump impeller is installed in the rotor cavity of the motor, and water flows through the rotor cavity during operation to achieve water delivery effect.

- Compact structure, space saving
Due to the installation of the pump rotor as a whole in the inner cavity of the motor rotor, the length of the pump rotor is saved, while also reducing the weight of the pump and the difficulty of on-site installation.
- Wet stator structure, no need for sealing
The stator coil of the motor adopts a dedicated water-resistant winding wire, which eliminates the need to worry about insulation safety issues caused by water immersion and also saves the cost of sealing components
- Adequate cooling and high reliability
The motor is completely immersed in water, with excellent heat dissipation effect. The heat generated by the motor stator and rotor during operation can be timely and effectively carried away by the working water flow, and there will be no motor damage caused by excessive temperature rise. Thoroughly solving the serious consequences of insufficient cooling of the stator and rotor during motor operation, which leads to excessive temperature rise and expansion of the stator and rotor, ultimately resulting in friction between them, fundamentally improving the reliability of motor operation.

The internal flow channel of the full through flow pump is a straight line, with uniform flow velocity distribution and smooth flow state, reducing the influence of bent pipes and variable diameter pipes, thereby reducing pressure loss
