Kaiquan Full Through Flow Pump is an axial flow pump product with independent intellectual property rights, which combines the electric motor and water pump impeller, where the pump impeller is installed in the rotor cavity of the motor, and water flows through the rotor cavity during operation to achieve water delivery effect.

The heat generated by the motor stator and rotor during operation can be timely and effectively carried away by the working water flow, and there will be no motor damage caused by excessive temperature rise. Thoroughly solving the serious consequences of insufficient cooling of the stator and rotor during motor operation, which leads to excessive temperature rise and expansion of the stator and rotor, ultimately resulting in friction between them, fundamentally improving the reliability of motor operation.

Complete set supply of submersible full flow pumps, divided into mandatory and optional parts, including submersible full flow pumps, embedded steel plates, and anchor bolts; The optional parts include two expansion joints (which are mandatory and can be purchased by the user), control cabinet, terminal box, trash rack, flap door, opening and closing machine and gate, and liquid level switch; The vulnerable parts include O-ring seals, blades, bearings, cables, and layered shear packing seals.

Ordering Notice
  1. The accurate product model, performance parameters (flow rate, head, motor power, blade installation angle), and operating voltage should be specified in the contract.
  2. The control cabinet should indicate the starting method (direct start; self coupling voltage reduction start; thyristor soft start), liquid level control method (float level; pressure transmitter digital display liquid level), and installation form (indoor type, outdoor type).
  3. If a terminal box is required, it should be indicated whether it is a control type or a wiring type.
  4. Our company’s normal supply length for submersible full flow pump cables is 10m. If users have special requirements, please indicate.
