GXS High Efficiency intelligent module Pump Unit
Fully automatic: the pump group is in automatic operation state after startup, and can be unattended.
Efficient area automatic matching: each set of pump group can automatically match the operation pump according to the user dosage, so that the pump group can operate continuously and efficiently.
Pressure stabilization converter: the system stabilizes the inlet / outlet pressure difference under the change of user input to ensure the user comfort.
Low consumption: refers to the efficient pump and low resistance components (low resistance filter check valve and pipe valve system), make the system energy consumption lower.
Full frequency conversion: all pumps are equipped with frequency converter, according to the user consumption frequency conversion speed control pump, further realize the system energy saving, and can be energy efficiency monitoring and management.
Cycle unit: the pump group adapts to the closed circulation system, such as heating primary and secondary heat transfer circulation system, air conditioning chilled water, cooling water system and process circulating water system.

(1)operator schema
The efficient pump group control system has three operation modes, including manual control, centralized control mode and automatic mode.
- Manual control
By switching the frequency converter to the local and local mode through the frequency converter operation panel, the water pump can be manually started and stopped by the operation panel, and the frequency adjustment, which is mainly used for manual test or emergency operation of the pump group.
- Centralized control mode
The unit is set to the centralized control mode through the HMI of the pump group control cabinet, which realizes the start-stop and frequency adjustment operation of the water pump of the unit through the HMI, bus interface and network interface (third-party monitoring platform).
- Automatic mode
The pump set is set in automatic mode through the HMI of the pump set control cabinet, and the system performs automatic operation according to the pre-set parameters, control strategies and linkage signals: select the differential pressure, temperature difference or customized control scheme, and the feedback flow value signal to determine the matching mode of the pump for each set of pump sets.

- The efficient intelligent module pump set can collect and monitor the following process parameters:
System water supply temperature and pressure;
System backwater temperature and pressure;
Import pressure of pump group and outlet pressure of pump group;
Water supply flow of pump group (real-time flow, cumulative flow);
Power data of pump group (voltage, current, power, accumulated power);
Energy efficiency data of pump group (cumulative flow rate, unit energy consumption, energy consumption per ton of water, real-time efficiency);
- Status and data of variable frequency water pump:
Operation status: operation and alarm (alarm record);
Operating data: voltage, current, power, and temperature.

Small area: the efficient intelligent module pump group is composed of water pump, backpack type frequency converter, low resistance check valve, low resistance filter and other components. The pump room is clean and generous.

- Pipeline safety problems: the product can withstand the static pressure test of 1.5 times the rated working pressure, the application of the system pipeline and water appliances should also be able to withstand the corresponding working pressure is not damaged, when the supporting head is high, in order to prevent overpressure burst pipe, safety valve or automatic pressure relief valve should be installed in the pump room and install water diversion pipe to the collecting well.
