HD type vertical diagonal flow pump
The HD type diagonal flow pump is a vertical pump developed by integrating excellent hydraulic models, reasonable structures and advanced manufacturing methods at home and abroad. It can transport clean water, rainwater, seawater, sewage and other media with a temperature not exceeding 55°C. It is mainly used in cooling water circulation pumps in power plants, seawater circulation pumps in seawater desalination plants, vaporization pumps for liquefied natural gas, etc. It can also be used for water supply and drainage in cities, industries, mining and farmland.

Pump shaft with large protective tube structure:
The pump shaft protective tube adopts a large protective tube structure to prevent the core-pulling component from being unable to be extracted after the pump has been used for several years, making maintenance more convenient.

Sealed lubricated guide bearing:
Used in seawater and media with high sand content. In order to extend the service life of the pump shaft and guide bearing, our company developed a closed lubricating water system to isolate the shaft and guide bearing from the medium.

a.Co-seating (single foundation) installation (see structural diagrams 1, 2, 3, 4)
Figures 1 and 2 show the non-extractable structure with the pump outlet pipe above the base layer and the rotor extractable structure; Figures 3 and 4 show the non-extractable structure with the pump outlet pipe below the base layer and the rotor extractable structure.
b.Separate type (double foundation) installation (see structure diagram 5)
The pump outlet pipe is between the two foundation layers and has two structures: pumpable and non-pumpable.
- The lower part of the pump is submerged in water. The suction port is a vertically downward bell mouth suction. The suction pool is a wet pit type, or it can be designed as a dry pit type according to needs.
- The pump can be designed as withdrawable or non-drawable (rotor part or inner casing)
- The blades of the impeller can be made into non-adjustable (fixed blades), half-adjustable or fully-adjustable forms.
- The pump bearings can be rubber bearings, Sailon bearings or AR bearings. Sailon bearings and AR bearings can be started without external water lubrication.
- The axial thrust of the pump is borne by the motor. In some small pumps, the axial thrust is borne by the pump itself.
