It is equipped with multiple protections such as water intrusion into the oil chamber, motor and wiring cavity, winding temperature rise, water pump vibration, etc. It can also be equipped with bearing temperature rise protection according to customer requirements.

The integrated intelligent sewage intercepting well is dedicated to the diversion of rainwater and sewage. Through real-time monitoring of data, rainwater and sewage are intelligently diverted into their respective pipelines, and functions such as self-drainage of sewage in ordinary times, first rain interception and enhanced discharge, and direct discharge in rainy seasons are realized in stages. The integrated intelligent interception well can judge and execute the opening and closing of the valve according to the water volume and different rainfall stages, effectively controlling the end of non-point source pollution. It is tailor-made and accurately prefabricated according to customer requirements.

The integrated intelligent sewage intercepting well integrates the cylinder body, submersible sewage pump level gauge, basket grille, drainage gate, sewage intercepting gate, water quality detector, water pump and other parts into one body. Cylinder

  1. It is made of fiberglass GRP material and computer-controlled spiral winding process. Through CFD flow field analysis and CAE strength calculation, the design life is 50 years.

Hydraulically opened weir gate

    1. The main material is stainless steel and rubber soft seal, which has the characteristics of light weight, flexible operation, anti-corrosion, and easy installation and maintenance.
    2. It adopts a jack-up structure and the weir door opens downward to save space. When used with a hydraulic cylinder, it can prevent river backflow and sewage overflow. At the same time, the flow rate can be adjusted. The opening of the weir gate can be adjusted according to the values of the internal and external liquid level gauges, and it can be stopped at any height.

Imported grille 

It is mostly made of stainless steel 304 and equipped according to different water inlet pipes. Basket type and guide rod coupling installation is simple and convenient. The grid gap is 20-50mm, and debris in the future water can be stored in the basket for regular cleaning.

Electric gate valve

The large long-handled gate valve is made of 304 stainless steel, and the seal is made of nitrile rubber. It is driven by a dual-purpose flashlight hoist on the top cover of the cylinder. During initial rains, sewage flow can be restricted. The interception multiple can be adjusted, and when the water level in the sewage pipe network is high, it will be automatically closed and combined with the sewage pump to discharge forcefully.

The dedicated integrated control system has functions such as controlling the normal operation of multiple water pumps in the pumping station, various professional protections for the water pumps, and protecting the electric control cabinet from lightning strikes, ensuring the stable and safe operation of the pumping station.

    2. Automatic liquid level control, unattended, remote measurement and control; users can set different start and stop liquid levels through the touch screen, and adjust different start and stop pump liquid levels according to different seasons or waterinflows.

The plunge-type hydrostatic liquid level transmitter is based on the principle that the measured liquid static pressure is proportional to the height of the liquid, converting the static pressure into The electrical signal is then converted into a standard electrical signal (generally 4~20mA) through temperature compensation and linear correction.
