KCZ Standard Chemical Process Pump

Excellent hydraulic model design: Advanced hydraulic model design, high efficiency, and good anti-cavitation performance of the pump. High efficiency and energy saving, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the pump.

Standard structural design: Comply with B/T 5656-200B/ IS05199:2002 standard and refer to API610 standard design. The shaft diameter is thickened and the arm ratio is shortened, resulting in high reliability and reduced maintenance costs and operation costs.

Standardization, serialization: There are 40 models of KCZ series standard chemical pumps. A total of 6 types of bearing suspension components. The super versatility and interchangeability design can reduce spare parts storage and management costs for users, and reduce the overall operating cost of the pump.

KCZ series chemical process pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pumps; their size and performance comply with DIN24256/IS05199/GB/T5656 standards.

KCZ series chemical process pumps also refer to relevant design standards such as ASME/ANSI B73.1M and API610. They are innovatively designed high-reliability standard chemical process pumps while absorbing the advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad and combining them with practical applications.

The main materials of the pump flow parts include: ZG230-450, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 904, 904L, etc.

  1. The design pressure of the shell is 2.5MPa, it is supported by foundations, its appearance meets standard requirements, and it is easy to install and maintain.

  4. The bearings are lubricated with thin oil, and the oil level is controlled by a constant oil cup to fully ensure good lubrication of the bearings.
  5. The pump shaft is a dry design and does not come into contact with the medium, preventing the shaft from being corroded and improving the strength and service life of the shaft.
  6. The closed impeller structure uses balance holes or back blades to balance the hydraulic axial force.

Usage and Performance
  1. Purpose

Conveying low-temperature and high-temperature liquids; conveying neutral or corrosive, clean or liquids containing a small amount of solid particles. Especially used in: chemical and petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry, desalination, environmental protection engineering, chemical plants, refineries, thermal power plants, metallurgy, sugar refining, pharmaceuticals, paper and pulp industry, synthetic fibers, water supply, heating and air conditioning, etc.

Design Features
  1. Basic characteristics of the pump

The KCZ series chemical process pump adopts innovative development and design. The hydraulic part uses CFD and PIV advanced software to further optimize the hydraulic model design. The efficiency is increased by 3%-5% on average. It is a new high-efficiency and energy-saving product. KCZ series chemical process pumps are ideal products to replace IH and CZ series chemical pumps.

The KCZ series chemical process pumps have a wide range of models and a wide range of product performance parameters to choose from.

The impeller’s anti-cavitation design results in low cavitation margin and reliable operation of the equipment.

The end suction diameter comes out of the casing and exhausts automatically.

The structural design draws on American ANSI standards and API610 standards. The bearing body is designed with medium load type and short cantilever ratio, which improves the reliability of pump operation and reduces maintenance and operating costs.

The bearing body gland has an oil seal structure design, which completely solves the industry problem of oil leakage from the bearing box.

It is equipped with sealing rings, shaft sleeves and other wearing parts to ensure the maintainability and service life of the pump.

The pump body has a single volute and double volute design, which balances the radial force, reduces vibration, and improves the reliability of pump operation.

Standard extended metal diaphragm coupling design, light weight, good compensation, smooth and reliable transmission.

The fully pull-out structure design allows the coupling extension to be removed for overall and parts maintenance without disassembling the pump body and motor, which is convenient for maintenance and assembly and has high reliability.

The KCZ series pumps have a total of 40 models, nearly 400 specifications and varieties, and only 6 types of bearing body components. The high versatility and interchangeability design not only reduces spare parts storage and management costs, but also greatly reduces the overall operating cost of the pump.

Mechanical seal (seal cavity design that complies with ISO3069 standard) can be configured with single-end mechanical seal or double-end mechanical seal. Select the appropriate seal flushing plan and configure a complete sealing system to better meet the use of seals by various media under operating conditions.

The standard base form is an integral welded base.

  1. Flange location and standards

The inlet flange sucks in horizontally, and the outlet flange discharges radially (end in and out).

Flange standard implementation: GB/T 9113.1-2000, PN2.5 MPa, RF.

It can also be designed and manufactured according to user requirements according to HG/T, SH or ANSI ASME flange standards.

The pump body adopts a single volute and double volute design to balance the radial force and reduce vibration;Closed impeller structure,all impellers are ISO1940G6.3 balanced, using back blades (impeller outer diameter 160, 200, 250) or front and rear wear-resistant rings plus balancing holes (impeller outer diameter 315, 400, 500) to balance the axial force.The residual axial force is borne by double row rolling bearings (or rolling bearings installed back to back).

  1. Lubrication of bearings

Bearing lubrication adopts thin oil lubrication of oil throw ring. The oil level is controlled simultaneously by the oil mark (oil sight window) and the oil cup. The oil cup can also play a role in automatically adjusting the oil level. In terms of bearing protection, bearing isolators, labyrinth oil seals and skeleton oil seal structures can be used to effectively prevent the leakage of lubricating oil and external pollutants from entering the bearing, and improve the reliability and service life of the bearing operation.
