KD/KTD series multi-stage centrifugal pump

KD series pumps are horizontal, multi-stage, segmented structure centrifugal pumps. They are designed and manufactured according to API610 specifications and comply with API610 BB4 pump type.

KTD series pumps are horizontal, multi-stage, double-shell, built-in segmented inner shell structure centrifugal pumps. They are designed and manufactured according to API610 specifications and comply with API610 BB5 pump type.

KD/KTD series multi-stage centrifugal pump

This series of pumps is suitable for high-pressure transportation of petrochemical, chemical processes and other chemical industry products that do not contain solid particles. It is not suitable for the transportation of abrasive liquids. This series of pumps are mainly used in petroleum transportation and refining, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, coal processing industry, paper industry, electrical industry, refrigeration engineering, pipeline pressurization and other industries.

10 – series

  1. This series of pumps is centrally supported, with the suction port and discharge port pointing vertically upward.
  2. Mechanical seal cooling chamber. There is an optional water-cooling jacket outside the shaft seal cavity. The water-cooling jacket must be equipped with special requirements or when the temperature of the conveying medium is water exceeds 80°C, and the temperature of hydrocarbons exceeds 120°C.
  3. The impeller is cast as a whole.
  4. The axial force is balanced through the structure of the balance plate and the balance drum. The residual axial force is borne by the thrust bearing, and the radial force is borne by the bearing bush. In order to facilitate pump maintenance, this series of pumps adopts flexible diaphragm coupling components. For safety reasons, the coupling components are also equipped with coupling covers.
  5. The pump rotor consists of an impeller, balance plate and other parts mounted on the shaft. The impeller is hot-installed onto the shaft in sequence. Both ends of the pump are composed of radial bearings and thrust bearings with a four-oil wedge structure that are forcedly lubricated. The thrust bearings are bidirectional oil-injection forced circulation lubrication, and are equipped with temperature protection and monitoring instruments. The axial force is balanced by a balancing device, and the remaining axial force and additional axial force generated under special working conditions are borne by the thrust bearing.
