This series of pumps is suitable for transporting clean or slightly contaminated neutral or corrosive liquids that do not contain solid particles. - The pump is a single-stage, single-suction, vertical centrifugal pump (see structure diagram)
- The pump body is integrally cast. The inlet and outlet are on the same straight line perpendicular to the axis plane. The inlet and outlet have the same diameter, and the pipeline connection is convenient.
- Pump cover: The pump cover is equipped with a cooling (insulation) cavity, and the cooling (insulation) of the sealed cavity can be selected according to different working conditions. At the same time, the pump cover also has an exhaust system to drain the air inside the pump before starting the pump.
- The impeller is integrally cast, with a rear sealing ring and a balance hole to balance the axial force of the pump. The residual axial force of KGD type is borne by the motor bearing, and the KGDS type pump is borne by a pair of back-to-back angular contact ball bearings.
- The shaft seal cavity is integrated with the pump cover and can be filled with packing seals and various mechanical seals. There is an optional water-cooling jacket outside the shaft seal cavity. The water-cooling jacket must be equipped with special requirements or when the temperature of the conveying medium is water exceeds 80°C, and the temperature of hydrocarbons exceeds 120°C.
- The KGDS type pump bearing box is equipped with a set of single row radial short cylindrical roller bearings and a set (two sets) of thrust ball bearings installed back to back. Use grease lubrication. In order to facilitate pump maintenance, this series of pumps adopts flexible diaphragm coupling components. For safety reasons, the coupling components are also equipped with coupling covers.
- The pump units are all provided with a common base with anchor bolts.
- When there are no requirements for the pump inlet and outlet flanges, the standard shall be based on the national standard (GB/T9115.1-). The pump body flange standard can be changed according to user needs.
- Piping system: Whether it is a seal flushing piping system or a cooling water piping system, they are all equipped by the pump manufacturer according to the properties and temperature of the transported liquid.
Single end balanced mechanical seal, pressureless double mechanical seal, pressurized double mechanical seal, and bellows mechanical seal, etc.

- The sealing cavity size complies with API682 standard requirements, and can be configured with various forms of mechanical seals and transmission assistance systems.
- The safe and reliable labyrinth dust-proof disk can also be equipped with a bearing height spacer, which can effectively prevent lubricating oil from leaking and external pollutants from entering the bearing, and improve the service life of the bearing·
- The design pressure of the shell is 2.5Pa. Create an independent pressure chamber. Safe and reliable. The pump body has a volute structure, and the outlet is larger than DNB0 and adopts a double volute structure. It can well balance the radial force and ensure the stiffness of the rotor. Foot support structure. Easy to install and maintain.
- The pump body, pump cover and impeller are equipped with replaceable wear-resistant sealing rings. The sealing ring gap and hardness meet the API610 standard requirements, with long service life and easy replacement.
- The pump bearing adopts angular contact ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings installed back to back to bear the radial force, the rotor’s own weight and the residual axial force.
