The KQA series split-type multi-stage pumps produced by Shanghai Kaiquan Pump Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. are products designed and manufactured in accordance with the API610 tenth edition “Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Heavy Chemical and Natural Gas Industries” standards. Especially the horizontal split and horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pumps designed for extreme working conditions such as high temperature, low temperature and high pressure.

Reasonable structure and easy maintenance
Adopting a double-flow channel open structure, the impellers are symmetrically arranged, and there is no need to add an axial force balancing mechanism. The rotor has a small additional compliance, minimizing the occurrence of faults. The good structure ensures quick maintenance.

1. Split volute structure, the pump is a multi-stage, single-suction (or first-stage double-suction), support structure at both ends. The inlet and outlet are located on both sides of the pump body. The shell is split horizontally and axially, making it easy to repair and maintain. There is no need to disassemble the pipeline, just open the pump cover and you can directly take out the rotor components for inspection.
2. The pump has a wide flow range, wide efficient area, stable operation and easy maintenance. The pump inlet and outlet are on the lower half of the pump body, and the legs of the pump body are on the lower half of the pump body, and adopt a centerline support method.
3. The pump and motor are connected by an extended diaphragm coupling, so there is no need to disassemble the pipeline and motor when replacing bearings and mechanical seals.
4. The impellers are designed with back-to-back arrangement to automatically balance the axial force. The double-volute diversion shell structure is used to balance the radial force. The shaft is thickened and has good rigidity.
5. The pump has the qualities of smooth operation, low vibration, and long service life of bearings and mechanical seals. The mechanical seal has been forced flushed and has a long service life. The high-pressure area is in the center of the pump, and the mechanical seal works in the low-pressure area. It is not easy to leak and the sealing is reliable.
6. Pump body pressure bearing: the main oil pumps can be used in series with a maximum pressure of more than 15MPa;
7. The mechanical seal adopts products from professional petrochemical manufacturers and promises to guarantee a continuous trouble-free operation life of more than 25,000 hours;
8. The mechanical seal cavity is designed in accordance with API682 specifications and meets the requirements of PetroChina and Sinopec Material Procurement Technical Standards System to facilitate mechanical seal installation and interchange;
9. Equipped with complete left and right bearing temperature and vibration monitoring sensor transmitters, mechanical seal leakage monitoring device, and related data collection. Remote monitoring and control can be achieved through SCADA. The high-temperature or low-temperature medium transportation is equipped with thermal insulation materials or electric heating to adapt to the transportation requirements of special media.
10. Bearings can be sliding bearings and rolling bearings, and can be self-cooled, air-cooled or water-cooled to meet the needs of high-speed operation.

Self-lubricating sliding bearing structure: The rotor is supported on the pump body by radial sliding bearings at both ends. A pair of thrust bearings is arranged behind the radial bearing at the non-driving end to limit the axial movement of the rotor.

Forced lubrication sliding bearing structure: It consists of a radial sliding bearing and a thrust bearing that are forced to be lubricated by an external oil station. The radial bearing is a sliding bearing with a four-oil wedge structure, and the thrust bearing is a tilting pad bearing with bidirectional oil injection and forced circulation lubrication. Equipped with temperature protection and monitoring instruments respectively.

The casing is a volute structure with centerline support. The impeller is symmetrically arranged and the axial force is automatically balanced. There are no complex balance plates, balance drums and other balancing mechanisms, making it safer and more reliable when transporting media containing particles. The inlet and outlet are arranged under the pump body and can be disassembled and installed without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines. The first-stage impeller can be designed as a single-suction or double-suction structure. The sealing system is designed completely in accordance with API682 “Shaft Seal System for Centrifugal Pumps and Rotary Pumps” and can be configured with various forms of sealing and flushing, cooling or insulation solutions. Special designs can also be made according to user requirements. Depending on the shaft power and speed, the bearing can adopt a self-lubricating rolling bearing structure or a sliding bearing structure and a forced lubricating bearing structure. Viewed from the drive end, the pump rotates clockwise. If the user has special requirements, it can also be rotated counterclockwise.
