KQDK Immersion Pump
KQDK is a new generation of product independently developed by Kaiquan based on the mature product KQDQ. The product adopts a new industrial hydraulic structure design, and its energy efficiency index can reach MEI ≥ 0.7. It has the characteristics of energy saving, low noise, environmental protection, compact structure, beautiful appearance, light weight, easy use and maintenance, and high reliability.
KQDK Immersion Pump
KQDK is a non-self-priming vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump installed with a standard motor. The motor shaft is directly connected to the pump shaft through the pump head with a coupling. The pump can be equipped with an intelligent protector as needed to effectively protect the pump from dry running, missing items, overload, etc. In order to meet the installation depth of the water tank or container, a cavity can be installed to change the length of the pump itself. ① All curves are based on the measured values of the motor at a constant speed of 2900r/min;
② Curve tolerances comply with ISO9906:2012, 3B grade;
③ The test uses 20℃ air-free water. The kinematic viscosity is 1mm2/s;
④ The use of the pump refers to the bold performance range to prevent overheating due to small flow and motor overload due to large flow.

KQDK is used for conveying machine tool coolants, lubricants, condensate, industrial invasive equipment and other occasions suitable for immersion pumps. It is suitable for different temperature, flow and pressure ranges. It is specifically used for EDM, lathes, grinders, machining centers, cooling devices, industrial cleaning equipment, filtration systems, etc.
When the pump is operated at an ambient temperature greater than 40°C or an altitude greater than 1000m, the motor output power P2 will be reduced to a certain extent due to low air density and poor cooling effect. Therefore, the motor power of the pump needs to be increased (see the figure below for details).
