KQDQ/KQDPE series lightweight vertical intelligent constant pressure variable frequency pump unit adopts technology that combines variable frequency speed regulation and automatic control, and can achieve constant pressure water supply through a connected pressure transmitter. The whole machine is mainly composed of KQDQ/KQDP pump, controller, sensor, pressure tank, outlet pipe, check valve and axial anti-seismic pressure gauge. It has stable performance, high efficiency and energy saving, fully automatic intelligent control, low noise, corrosion resistance, It has the characteristics of compact structure, beautiful appearance, small size and lightweight.

Clock control The operation and stop of the water pump can be controlled according to the set date and time;

Variable current and variable voltage control It adopts variable voltage control method, which is more energy-saving and comfortable than the usual variable frequency water supply pump unit;
Time-sharing frequency control Different constant voltage values can be set according to different periods to achieve period-by-period voltage control.
Sleep holding pressure At low flow rate at night, the equipment automatically sleeps and relies on the air pressure tank to shut down and maintain pressure.
Burst pressure loss protection When the equipment is running at full load and the operating pressure is still lower than the lower limit of the set pressure, the system automatically shuts down and gives a low-pressure alarm.
Non-inductive constant voltage control If the pressure transmitter fails, the system automatically enters the non-inductive control mode and still maintains variable frequency constant pressure water supply.
Electrical protection With overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overload, phase loss, short circuit, overheating and other fault alarms and automatic protection
Automatic fault reset Automatically reset recoverable fault alarms such as frequency converters to ensure continuous and stable operation of equipment;
Water pump anti-freeze protection The controller has its own temperature measurement system, which can intermittently control the operation of the water pump when the temperature is too low to prevent the water pump from freezing to death on standby.
