Four operating stages:
- Superimposed pressure operation: When the municipal pressure is normal, superimposed pressure operation is generally used. On the basis of the municipal pressure, it is boosted twice, and the difference is compensated for the difference, so as to more effectively exert the variable frequency energy-saving operation.
- Compensation operation: water supply during peak periods, when municipal pressure is low (or clock control), the compensation booster pump is automatically put in to provide a certain compensation flow. At this time, the water supply flow of the equipment (user flow) = suction flow + compensation flow. During the compensation operation, the electric valve is automatically closed to cut off the water supply pipeline of the water tank.
- Forced cycle operation: In order to prevent the water tank from storing water for too long, the equipment will force cycle update operation regularly.
- Transfer mode operation: During municipal maintenance (without pressure), the equipment automatically enters the transfer boosting mode with the water tank as the water source.

Main and backup redundant dual PLC control system
It uses industrial-grade, high-performance programmable controller PLC as the control core, adopts dual pressure check, and realizes speed control and intelligent dispatching of non-negative pressure water supply equipment according to user water conditions and municipal pipe network water supply conditions.
The KQF IV control cabinet adopts a main and backup redundant dual PLC control system. Even if the main control PLC fails due to lightning, surge and other unexpected events, it can still meet the user’s automatic constant pressure water supply by manually (or automatically) switching to the backup control system. , the control system is more safe and reliable.
High performance digital PID
It uses a high-performance, digital, self-tuning PID module specially developed for pressurized water supply systems to achieve constant pressure closed-loop speed regulation, strong anti-interference ability, and sensitive and rapid dynamic adjustment. Constant voltage accuracy ≤0.01Mpa, stabilization time ≤5s. High-performance digital PID ensures the comfort of equipment water supply.
Remote intelligent monitoring

2. Standardized and universal design

- Pipeline safety issues
When considering pipeline safety, special attention should be paid to the maximum pressure that may occur in the outlet pipeline of the water supply equipment, which is equal to 1.4 times the rated head of the water pump plus 0.4Mpa (inlet pressure).
