The operating principle is as follows:
(1) Sleep pressure maintenance: In continuous operation mode, when no one is using water at night (small flow rate), pipeline losses are reduced, and the equipment automatically reduces the outlet pressure and operates in energy-saving sleep mode; in intermittent operation mode, when there is no one using water at night (small flow rate), the system replenishes water to the pressure tank and stores energy and then shuts down, relying on the pressure tank to maintain the pressure of the pipe network at night.
(2) Sleep wake-up: In continuous operation mode, when water consumption increases and the operating frequency is higher than the frequency setting upper limit, it will sleep and wake up to restore the target pressure set by the system; in indirect operation mode,When the water consumption increases and the outlet pressure drops, the equipment automatically starts a pump when the pressure is lower than the starting pressure value, and the variable frequency speed regulation maintains a constant pressure in the pipe network.
(3) Intelligent pump addition: When the water consumption continues to increase, the frequency conversion pump has reached the upper limit of the set frequency and the outlet pressure is still lower than the lower limit, the system automatically adds a water pump to run in parallel.The multi-constant pressure water supply that maintains the pressure of the pipe network adheres to the principle of “stop first, add first” to ensure the balance of the running time of each water pump.
(4) Intelligent pump reduction: As water consumption decreases, the frequency of parallel-operated water pumps begins to decrease. When the frequency is lower than the set lower limit, the system automatically reduces one water pump, adhering to the principle of “start first, reduce first”.Ensure the balanced running time of each water pump.

- Equipment usage:
The standard application of the product is the domestic water supply of various buildings. Other applications must clearly define the corresponding process requirements and the corresponding configuration and functions of the corresponding scope of supply:The sample standard equipment is equipped with pumps for 1 use and 1 standby, 2 uses and 1 standby, and 3 uses and 1 standby. The pump inlet and outlet valves have the same caliber as the pump outlet, and other equipment configurations are the same.
- Equipment structure and supply method:
In order to facilitate the installation and layout of the pump room, various types and series of products can be designed and sized according to customer requirements. The customization process is: fax customer requirements (pictures and texts) → design and drawing → customer confirmation → manufacture according to the drawing. The equipment can be supplied in parts and installed on site. The scope of supply needs to be determined separately. This form of supply does not require factory simulated operation tests and requires on-site debugging tests.
- Equipment packaging:
If there are no special instructions, when the equipment leaves the factory, the pump set + control cabinet will be packed in wooden boxes.
- Pipeline safety issues:
The product can withstand the static pressure test of 1.5 times the rated working pressure. The system pipelines and water appliances in the application should also be able to withstand the corresponding working pressure without being damaged. When the supporting lift is high, in order to prevent overpressure pipe explosion,A safety valve or automatic pressure relief valve should be installed in the pump room and a water diversion pipe should be installed to the water collection well.
