Feature 1: To ensure no leakage, the motor and pump are designed in an integrated manner, the mechanical seal is eliminated, a water-cooled shielded motor is used, and the pump is designed as a whole so that the pump is coaxially connected to form a sealed unit. This eliminates the need for easy-to-wear and expensive mechanical seals, making the pump truly leak-free as a whole.This not only avoids the waste of water resources, but also makes the pump room cool and tidy, which greatly improves the working environment of the pump room.
Feature 2: To prevent medium corrosion, the stator and rotor are sealed and welded with stainless steel.
The inner surface of the motor’s stator and the outer surface of the rotor are sealed and welded with high-quality stainless steel shielding sleeves to completely isolate the stator winding and rotor core from the medium and will not be corroded by the medium.
Feature 3: No maintenance required, self-lubricating graphite sliding bearings
Experiments have shown that generally at the same rotation speed and the same processing accuracy, the noise generated by graphite sliding bearings is only 30% that of ball bearings. The resin-impregnated graphite bearings are resistant to high temperatures, friction and corrosion, and have a long service life. In addition, the graphite bearing uses the supplied medium for self-lubrication and does not require manual refueling, reducing maintenance costs.
Feature 4: Ultra-quiet design, beyond your imagination, wet rotor, water-cooled motor
After using a water-cooled motor, one of the main noise sources of the water pump is eliminated from the high-speed cooling fan. At the same time, the periphery of all rotating parts such as the rotor and bearings is filled with water, and the sound generated is further reduced after being blocked by the water.

The stator and rotor are molded from high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel, combined with excellent electromagnetic optimization silent design technology, to further reduce the noise of the motor. The windings adopt H-class high-temperature resistant insulation, which makes the motor’s allowable temperature rise K value higher, which can effectively prevent damage to the motor caused by overloading of the water pump operation. It is mainly used for non-corrosive cold water in heating systems, hot and cold water circulation in HVAC systems, sanitary water, water treatment, cooling and refrigeration systems, liquid circulation and water supply, pressurization and irrigation and hot water delivery.
It is an ideal special equipment for central heating of pipelines in heat exchange stations such as hotels, hospitals, factories, high-end residences, etc.

engine room
- Location: Installed in basement, ground or roof.
- Ventilation: Poor ventilation will cause moisture in the machine room and corrode the electric pump.
- Drainage: Keep the equipment foundation at a higher position in the computer room.
- Temperature: controlled above 5°C (there is no limit to the maximum ambient temperature). If it is too low, the pipeline will freeze and crack when the electric pump is shut down.
- Humidity: Control it below 85%. Too high will affect the electrical insulation.
- Equipment maintenance space: ≥500mm of maintenance space should be left on the front, back, left and right sides, and ≥1500mm of maintenance space should be left on the upper side.
Piping system
- Indicate the water flow direction on the pump body of the water pump.
- The size of the pipe connected to the electric pump must be greater than or equal to the diameter of the inlet and outlet of the electric pump.
- The pipeline must be fixed and cannot be stressed on the electric pump.
- In order to reduce pipeline noise, vibration and deformation, a rubber soft joint should be installed at the inlet and outlet of the electric pump.
Base
- The height of the foundation should not be less than 200mm. For details of the foundation size, please refer to the corresponding specifications on pages P10-P42 for the dimensions of the cement foundation.
- The foundation must be flat and solid to ensure it will not sink or be overloaded (the equipment is placed on the roof)
- Anchor bolts: Pre-embed anchor bolts or install expansion bolts according to the installation size of the unit base.
- Hard installation: In order to avoid vibration caused by local unevenness of the cement foundation, a rubber vibration-absorbing pad (not a shock absorber) can be installed between the unit base and the cement foundation to compensate for the unevenness.
- Flexible installation: The electric pump should be installed on a flat, solid concrete base, which is the best solution for vibration reduction. The weight of the concrete base should be at least 1.5 times the weight of the entire electric pump. (The size of the concrete base can be calculated by yourself, and the density of the concrete is 2400kg/m³)
Electrical installation
- The electrical control cabinet can be installed together with the water pump according to user needs, or it can be installed in the centralized control area of the electrical system.
- When operating with variable frequency, it is recommended that the distance between the frequency converter and the motor should be controlled within 20 meters.
- Electrical installation must be carried out by personnel certified by the state.

- Since the silent type canned pipeline pump uses a water-lubricated and water-cooled canned motor, it is strictly prohibited to power on the pump before the inside of the water pump is filled with water!
