The motor base and the motor have a clearance fit to quickly adjust the motor alignment; the motor, motor base, and water pump are connected to the base through tightening bolts. The suction port and the discharge port are both on the pump body on one side of the axis of the water pump, perpendicular to the axis and in a horizontal direction. Cooperate with support columns to meet the support strength while reducing the floor space.

The water pump and motor are independently supported and fixed. The specially designed high-voltage motor support structure can effectively transfer the load to the foundation, ensuring the stability of the motor and reducing water pump failure.

Taking a 10KV, 4-level, 355kW high-voltage motor as an example, mechanical analysis and calculation: the natural frequency of the bracket is 31.342Hz, and the corresponding rotation speed is 1880rpm, which is 1.27 times the working speed of 1480rpm.In actual operation, no resonance phenomenon will occur and the operation requirements are met.

The temperature standard of the medium is 0 ℃ ~ 80 ℃; water or physical and chemical properties are similar to other media of water and are suitable for medium containing small solid particles.
This series of vertical double-suction pumps has undergone detailed structural adjustments and improvements. Compared with products of the same structure on the market, they have the following advantages:

- The enlarged design of the water rejection sleeve perfectly covers the lower bearing body of the rotor, and the joint between the lower bearing gland and the bearing body and the bolt hole are coated with sealant to effectively prevent water from penetrating into the bearing.
- Intelligent detection of pressure, flow, temperature and vibration, etc.; to evaluate and diagnose the condition of the pump shaft, bearings and seals, and effectively realize intelligent early warning, intelligent dispatching and disposal.
