The KQSN series single-stage, double-suction, horizontally split horizontal high-efficiency centrifugal pump is a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving double-suction pump products innovatively developed by our company on the basis of extensive absorption of advanced technologies of similar products at home and abroad.

- Impeller: staggered, twisted, adjustable impeller, U-concave outlet, small hydraulic pulse, small vibration, small impact loss, ensuring hydraulic efficiency.
- Sealing ring: The widened sealing ring structure effectively reduces the leakage of high-pressure water from the high-pressure chamber into the low-pressure chamber, reduces volume loss, and ensures volumetric efficiency.
- Pump body: a semi-center support structure derived from petrochemical pump design specifications, which is anti-vibration and noise-reducing, and operates smoothly and reliably.
- Shaft seal body parts: The packing and mechanical seal are interchangeable and have a universal structure, which reduces maintenance costs and production shutdown losses;
The visual mesh protective cover design can not only peek into the operation of the shaft seal, but also effectively prevent damage caused by unexpected accidents; it can also be used to install the pump in the open air and provide rain protection.
5.Bearing body: Upper and lower half ribbed bearing bodies, universal self-heating structure lubricated by grease and thin oil. The load capacity is doubled, the dimensions are accurate, and maintenance and disassembly are easy.

1.Impeller: ※Using the most advanced Bladegen internal flow field CFD technology, the fully enclosed bidirectional fluid pulse precision casting impeller and the shell are completely matched after hydraulic balance and dynamic balance.Smaller turbulence and backflow ensure that the pump has efficient and smooth performance in the full performance range and reduces operation and maintenance costs.
2.Bearings: ※Grease lubricated rolling bearings are easy to maintain.
※Famous brand heavy-duty bearings, the shortest bearing span and thickened shaft diameter ensure a bearing life of more than 50,000 hours.
3.Shaft seal: ※The pump has a variety of mechanical seals and packing seals to choose from to meet application needs. The external flushing adjustable pipeline ensures flushing of the shaft seal mating surface and lubrication of the shaft sleeve.
※Replaceable modular bushings are available in a variety of materials and are installed on the shaft to protect the shaft from wear.
4.Sealing ring: ※The replaceable sealing ring protects the pump body from wear and tear, and through simple adjustment of the appropriate gap, reduces maintenance costs and maintains efficient operation of the pump.
5.Bearing body: ※The uniquely designed bearing body and the pump body and pump cover are connected by a disc flange, which ensures the precise positioning of the bearing and mechanical seal and extends the life of the mechanical seal and bearing.

6.Inlet baffle: ※The unique integrally cast inlet baffle guides the fluid to flow more concentratedly to the impeller inlet. The internal fluid is gradually accelerated, suppressing eddy currents and ensuring quiet and smooth operation.
7.Volute: ※Accurate geometric design of water absorption chamber and blades, and flow field vortex analysis improve hydraulic efficiency and reduce NPSHr value.
※The pressure water chamber of some medium- and high-lift pumps adopts a compensated double volute design, which eliminates the radial force acting on the shaft, extends the service life of the mechanical seal and bearings, and ensures that the pump operates quietly and smoothly throughout the entire operating range.
※After CAE finite element internal stress analysis, the pressure-bearing boundary has been checked, and the pressure is stable and durable, and the life is long.

KQSN series high-efficiency double-suction centrifugal pumps are generally used to transport clean water without solid particles or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. They can be widely used in: high-rise building water supply, building fire protection, central air-conditioning water circulation, circulating water supply in engineering systems, Cooling water circulation, boiler water supply, industrial water supply and drainage, water conservancy irrigation, especially suitable for water plants, paper mills, power plants, thermal power plants, steel plants, chemical plants, water conservancy projects, water supply in irrigation areas, etc. Corrosion-resistant or wear-resistant materials (such as spray-coated SEBF materials or 1.4460 duplex stainless steel materials) can be used to transport corrosive industrial wastewater, seawater, and rainwater containing suspended solids.
The KQSN series has a total of 107 models and 508 specifications and parameters, and can provide a variety of performance conditions with different impeller diameters and different speeds (see the model spectrum for details). Speed: 740, 990, 1480 and 2960r/min

Note: All KQSN-S pumps, all KQSN-W pumps and 40-shaft KQSN pumps [150-M(N)4, 150-M(N)6, 150-M(N)7, 200-M(N )6, 200-M(N)9, 200-M(N)12] Due to the compact structure of the pump, it is no longer possible to add a water cooling structure.

Ambient temperature and altitude:
- The ambient temperature does not exceed 40°C. If it exceeds, a motor with higher output power or a special motor needs to be used.
- The altitude should not exceed 1000m. If it exceeds, a motor with higher output power or a special motor needs to be used; as the altitude increases and the air pressure decreases, the normal operation of the water pump will be affected, so special attention must be paid when selecting the model.

The pump has no coupling, horizontal structure, only primer, packing seal or mechanical seal.
