KQSZ Fluoroplastic Centrifugal Pump
●KQSZ series pumps are single impeller centrifugal pumps, with the axial direction as the suction port and the radial direction as the discharge port.
●Simple structure, the pump shaft and impeller are directly connected.
●Easy to connect, both the inlet and outlet are standard flange connections.
●The pump flow parts are made of fluoroplastics (F26, F46), and the auxiliary parts are cast parts (HT200).

Q/H: represents the flow rate and head curve at rated speed;
Power curve: P represents the input power when the medium density is 1×103kg/m2;
Efficiency curve: η represents the efficiency of the pump.
Curve tolerances comply with ISO 9906, Appendix A.
All curves are based on 50Hx, 3×380V, and motor measurements at a constant speed of 2900r/min;
All measurements are made with water at 20°C without gas, and the curves are applicable to kinematic viscosity 1mm2/s;
The use of the pump refers to the performance range of the bold curve to prevent the motor from overloading due to excessive flow;
When the density of the liquid transported by the pump exceeds the operating condition range, a motor with higher output power must be used accordingly.
The pump should be installed to ensure that it is not affected by the tension of the system pipes during use;
The pump should be firmly placed on a stable and horizontal base;
To ensure the normal operation of the motor, the pump should be installed in a location with good ventilation and anti-freezing;
The electrical wiring device should ensure that the pump is not damaged by phase loss, voltage instability, leakage and overload.
