KSY Pipeline Oil Transfer Pump

It adopts a center-open structure. The suction inlet and outlet of the pump are both below the axis of the pump. The pump is connected to the driver through an extended flexible coupling. There is no need to disassemble the motor and pipes when replacing the bearings and mechanical seals. Road, maintenance is simple and convenient;

The double-suction impeller is used to balance the axial force, and the pump casing uses a double volute to balance the radial force. The pump runs smoothly, has low noise, and the mechanical seal and bearing have a long service life;

The pump has high efficiency, a wide efficient area and small NPSH. By using prototype impellers, modified impellers and their cutting, the pump has a full and wide shape spectrum and high efficiency.

According to user requirements, KSY series products can be equipped with front and rear bearing temperature monitoring, vibration monitoring, mechanical seal leakage monitoring functions and related data collection and monitoring systems. The operation of the pump unit can be remotely monitored through the SCADA control system. Insulating materials can be used for insulation and electric heating tapes for heating to meet the requirement of starting the machine at any time, and a temperature control box can be set up to automatically control the pump heating and insulation.

Installation method

For horizontal installation, the driver (electric motor or internal combustion engine) can be set on the left or right side of the pump as needed (that is, facing the outlet, the driver rotates counterclockwise on the left and clockwise on the right).

▲User orders are not limited by the parameters listed in the sample performance curve and technical data table. The parameters listed in the sample are only special typical point parameters for user selection reference. The company can provide products according to the flow and head operating points required by the user’s design. The working medium of the technical data listed in the sample is clean water at room temperature. When transporting viscous media, the flow rate, lift, and supporting motor power must be converted according to the viscosity.

▲If the performance parameters are similar, the standard impeller pump type (M type) and the high-speed pump type are generally preferred (but must be able to meet NPSHa requirements).
