KVDP Series Water Ring Vacuum Pump
KVDP series water ring vacuum pump is a two-stage single-acting water ring vacuum pump. KVDP series water ring vacuum pump compresses gas in two stages, with a small single-stage compression ratio. The gas is further compressed in the second stage and then discharged, reducing the exhaust pressure of the first stage and increasing the vacuum at the suction port of the first stage. The pumping speed is stable in a higher vacuum range and a sufficient pumping rate is maintained. In higher vacuum working conditions, the efficiency is 35% to 40% higher than that of a single-stage water ring pump, reducing energy consumption.

Comparison and selection of double-stage liquid ring pump and single-stage liquid ring pump
Double-stage and single-stage water ring vacuum pumps are designed and developed for different usage conditions. The ultimate pressure of a single-stage vacuum pump is 3300Pa, and the ideal working pressure range is 20Kpa-100Kpa. When the inlet pressure is lower than 20Kpa, the pumping volume decreases rapidly. At 5000 to 10000Pa, it is even less than 30% of the maximum pumping speed. Under this working condition, the efficiency is extremely high. Low, power consumption is higher. But in the rough vacuum state, it shows the advantage of large air pumping capacity. The two-stage water ring vacuum pump can obtain greater pumping speed in a higher vacuum range, or maintain a higher vacuum degree in a wide range of pumping rates. In higher vacuum working conditions, the efficiency is 35% to 40% higher than that of a single-stage water ring pump, and energy consumption is also reduced accordingly. Therefore, the appropriate vacuum pump should be selected according to the usage conditions to reduce energy consumption and operate economically.
