  1. Material of overcurrent components (pump body, pump cover, etc.): Q235, 0Cr18Ni9, standard configuration is Q235. Material of flow components (impeller, guide vanes, auxiliary impeller): ZG310-570, ZGOCr18Ni9, standard configuration is ZG310-570.
  2. Pump shaft material: steel 45, 0Cr18Ni9, 3Cr13, standard configuration is steel 45. The corrosion resistance of the above materials to different media is shown in the table attached to the sample.

Terms and Conditions

(1) Water pump part

  1. After the installation is completed, fill the discharge medium from the drainage port or the ball valve of the pump body for “first drainage”. There is no need to drain the water for subsequent use. Please tighten the “drainage port” and cap or close the ball valve to prevent air leakage and affect self-priming. .
  2. If necessary, install a filter with a buffer plate structure at the bottom of the suction port (optional) to prevent excessive particles from being absorbed and damaging the water pump and affecting the self-priming function.
  3. It is prohibited to use water for drainage when transporting concentrated sulfuric acid to prevent personal and equipment accidents.
  4. Before starting, you must check whether the main shaft of the water pump is flexible. Use the inching method to check whether the running direction is consistent with the steering mark. The steering direction is clockwise when viewed from the motor.
  5. The weight of the suction and discharge pipes cannot be supported on the inlet and outlet flanges of the water pump, but should be fixed on the supports (brackets must be prepared by the user). All parts of the pipeline connection must be tight and air-tight, otherwise the self-priming function and flow head will be affected.
  6. When discharging liquid containing crystallized or precipitated substances, if the pump is not used for a period of time, the drainage fluid in the pump chamber should be drained from the “vent port” to prevent crystals or precipitates from remaining in the pump chamber. The next time it is used, refill the pump chamber. Refill fluid. When using it again, follow Article 1. to redo the drainage.
  7. When discharging liquid without crystallized or precipitated substances, if the pump is not used for a period of time, check whether the liquid stored in the pump is sufficient before starting. If it is insufficient, it should be replenished before starting.
  8. For outdoor use in winter, hot water or steam coil heating should be provided after shutdown, and the liquid in the pump can also be drained to prevent freezing and cracking.
  9. A section of 0.5-1 meter vertical pipe should be added to the pump outlet pipe and then turned.
  10. It is not advisable to increase the diameter of the pump inlet pipe and connect multiple pumps in parallel to a common water intake pipe, as this will increase the self-priming time and reduce the self-priming height.
  11. It is not allowed to operate for a long time when the water outlet valve is closed, otherwise it will cause the water pump to vibrate and even vaporize the transported liquid, which may cause equipment damage and personal injury.
  12. It is not allowed to use the gate valve on the suction pipeline to adjust the flow to avoid cavitation.
  13. Continuous operation at a flow rate lower than 30% of the design flow rate is not allowed unless a bypass pipe is added.
  14. Continuous operation at a flow rate higher than 120% of the design flow is not allowed to avoid cavitation and motor overpower.
  15. 15. When discharging a medium that produces bubbles, has a large specific gravity, a high lift, and a large static pressure of the water column in the discharge pipeline system, in order to speed up the exhaust speed and shorten the self-priming time, a bypass must be installed between the pump outlet check valve and the gate valve. Pipeline, pump starting operation process is as follows: ①Close the outlet gate valve. ②Open the gate valve of the bypass pipeline.③Start the pump. ④After the bypass pipeline discharges liquid normally, first open the outlet gate valve, and then close the gate valve of the bypass pipeline. The operation process of stopping the pump is as follows: ① Stop the pump.② Close the outlet gate valve. 
  1. 16. When multiple high-lift self-priming pumps are used in parallel, in order to speed up the self-priming time, it is also required to install a bypass pipeline between the pump outlet check valve and the gate valve. The process of starting and stopping the pump is the same as 11.
  2. 17. In order to prevent water from overflowing at the auxiliary impeller when the pump is stopped or the flow rate is extremely low, the overflow pipe at the pump cover should be connected to a rubber pipe and led to the ditch.
  3. 18. The installation height of the water pump should be ensured to be less than the self-priming height of the pump when running at the lowest water level, and special attention should be paid to the sealing of the suction pipeline to avoid air leakage and affect the self-priming ability and normal operation of the pump.
  4. 19. The self-priming height value in the sample is the installation height where cavitation does not occur within the operating range under standard conditions (purging normal temperature clean water at one atmosphere). The smaller the flow rate, the greater the self-priming height value. If the on-site conditions of use of the pump (altitude H and water temperature T) are different from the standard state, the self-priming height value Hs in the sample needs to be corrected. The correction is as follows: [Hs] = Hs Hh Ht where Hh is the standard atmospheric pressure and the local The difference in altitude, Ht, is the difference between the vaporization pressure corresponding to the on-site water temperature and the vaporization pressure corresponding to the normal temperature clear water.

(2) Electric air control valve part

  1. Non-professional electrical workers should not open the protective cover to prevent electric shock accidents.
  2. When installing after updating or repairing, the cable must be reliably connected to the water pump motor terminal.
  3. Please do not dismantle the sealed paint part of the pump body at will. Before maintenance personnel disassemble, please pay attention to the positioning marks for correct reset.
  4. The hose connected to the water pump must be tightened to prevent air leakage, otherwise it will affect self-priming.
