KZF Series Negative Pressure Station

The KZF series negative pressure station is a complete system that uses one or two water ring vacuum pumps as vacuum acquisition equipment and a vacuum tank as vacuum storage equipment. For situations where the vacuum source is frequently used and the required air pumping volume is not large, this system greatly saves energy compared to directly using a vacuum pump, and effectively extends the service life of the vacuum pump. This device can be used as a vacuum source for medical gas central stations in various large and medium-sized hospitals in China, and is widely used in vacuum stations in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, and in light industry.

Canning systems, negative pressure molding of rubber and plastic engineering parts in the automotive industry, impregnation of flame-retardant conveyor belts for coal mines and vacuum sources in the foundry industry, etc.

The negative pressure station is mainly composed of a water ring vacuum pump, a vacuum tank, a gas-water separator, system pipelines, instrument valves and a control cabinet. The vacuum pump and the gas-water separator are connected by an exhaust pipeline, a working water supply pipeline and a cavitation protection pipeline. The working water supply pipeline is equipped with a solenoid valve and a manual regulating valve. Check valves and ball valves are installed on the pipeline between the vacuum pump and the vacuum tank. The vacuum tank is equipped with an electric contact vacuum gauge to control the start and stop of the vacuum pump. One of the two vacuum pumps is a working pump and the other is a backup pump. They are switched regularly and work alternately. When it is necessary to evacuate again, only the working pump works.

First, set the upper and lower limits of the vacuum system (for example, the upper limit is set to -0.08MPa and the lower limit is set to -0.06MPa). After starting the system, the vacuum pump working pump starts to work until the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank reaches the upper limit. Limit value – 0.08MPa, the vacuum pump automatically stops running, and the vacuum in the vacuum tank is automatically cut off by the vacuum check valve. If the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank drops below the lower value of -0.06MPa due to work requirements, the vacuum pump automatically starts until the vacuum tank The internal vacuum degree is pumped to the upper limit value – 0.08MPa, and the automatic operation is repeated repeatedly to keep the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank between the upper and lower limit values. If the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank is lower than the lower limit for a certain period of time due to the large amount of air required for work, and a single vacuum pump cannot pump the vacuum degree in the tank above the lower limit, another vacuum pump will automatically start until it exceeds the upper limit.

The two vacuum pumps can also be switched to manual start and stop.

The system can also be equipped with only one vacuum pump and no backup pump.

  1. Special-shaped vacuum tanks, optional vacuum pumps, interface flange sizes, etc. can be customized according to user requirements.
  2. A vacuum pump with appropriate air volume can be selected according to the actual situation.
