L/L(R) Series Slurry Pump
The L(R) type pump is a cantilevered, horizontal centrifugal slurry pump, also known as a light-duty slurry pump. It is suitable for conveying low-abrasion, low-concentration slurries in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, and building materials. The shaft seal of this type of pump can be achieved through packing seals, impeller seals, or mechanical seals.

The best domestic L(R) series light-wear slurry pumps are designed specifically for light-wear environments, featuring innovative design, high efficiency, wear-resistant materials, lightweight construction, and high efficiency.
L-series slurry pumps: Impeller, cover plate, and bushing are all made of metal.
LR-series slurry pumps: Impeller, cover plate, and bushing are all made of rubber.
Pump shaft seals: Packing seal, squeeze packing seal, mechanical seal.
Slurry pump structure: The L-type light-wear slurry pump is a cantilevered, horizontal, double-casing axial-suction centrifugal slurry pump. The pump outlet position can be rotated at eight different angles at 45° intervals for installation and use.
Slurry pump materials: The L-type light-wear slurry pump body has a replaceable wear-resistant metal liner, and the impeller, bushing, and other flow-through components are all made of wear-resistant metal.
Slurry pump applications: Compared with heavy-duty slurry pumps, this pump has higher speed, smaller size, and lighter weight, making it suitable for conveying fine-particle, low-concentration slurries or corrosive slurries. The weight concentration of the conveyed slurry is generally no more than 30%, and it can also be used to convey high-concentration, low-abrasive slurries.
Sealing Types: L-type pumps can use various shaft seal types, including packing seals, auxiliary impeller seals, packing plus auxiliary impeller seals, and mechanical seals.
Drive Types: DC direct drive, CR parallel belt drive, ZVZ upper and lower belt drive, CV vertical belt drive, etc.
