1. Variety
N-type condensate water pumps are available in horizontal cantilever single-stage, two-stage, single-stage with inducer and other structural types, with a total of 8 models. The single-stage ones include 3N6, 4N6 and 100N130 (as shown in Figure 1); the two-stage ones include 2.5N3x2, 3N6x2 and 4N6x2 (as shown in Figure 2); the single-stage ones with inducer include 6N6 and 150N110 (as shown in Figure 3).
2. Component materials

3. Support part
The supporting parts of the 8 models of pumps have the same structure (as shown in Figure 1). The main parts include the bracket (1), the front and rear bearing glands (2) and the shaft (3). The front and rear radial ball bearings (4) are positioned on the bracket. On the ball bearing, the ball bearing also bears unbalanced axial force. Lubricate with thin oil, the amount of oil can be seen from the oil mark. The front and rear bearing glands are equipped with skeleton oil seals (6) as shaft seals to prevent oil leakage. The hole at pipe plug (7) is used for filling oil. When cleaning and changing the oil, drain the oil from the thread hole (8).
4. Sealing and transmission
The shaft seal can use soft packing seal or mechanical seal, and a replaceable sleeve is installed at the shaft seal. The pump is driven by an electric motor through a claw-type elastic coupling. Viewed from the transmission direction, the pump rotates counterclockwise.

Single-stage pump (Fig. 1): The main parts are the impeller (9) made of silicon brass 80-3, which is fixed on the shaft (3) made of No. 45 high-quality carbon steel through keys. The impeller is mounted on the cast iron HT200 In the pump working room composed of the cast pump body (10) and the pump cover (11), the motor drives the shaft and impeller supported in the bearing through the coupling (12), and the shaft sleeve (13) made of cast iron HT200 , there is a water-lubricated bearing between the bushing (referring to 6N6 and 4N6x2). The stuffing box behind the pump body is equipped with a packing ring (14) and a packing oil-impregnated graphite asbestos rope (15), and an open packing gland (16 ) Use the extended stud bolts to compress the packing, and the tightness can be adjusted. The sealing water higher than the atmospheric pressure is introduced from the outside, and the packing ring is aligned through the pipe (17) to form a sealing cavity in the entire stuffing box that isolates air from intruding into the pump. At the same time Prevent the water in the pump from flowing out, and only a small amount of lubricating water drips out. If a mechanical seal is installed, the sealing water will be led from the pump outlet and flushed to the sealing end face to lubricate, thus extending the service life of the seal. There is a balance hole on the impeller to communicate between the high-pressure area and the inlet low-pressure area to eliminate axial thrust. In order to prevent wear of the pump body and pump cover, make it easy to repair, and achieve good sealing, sealing rings (18) are installed on the pump body and pump cover. ), the upper part of the pump body is equipped with a wire hole for air release. When the pump is stopped for maintenance, the water in the pump is released from the wire hole (19). In order to facilitate the assembly and removal of the pump body and pump cover, a cover screw (20) is provided, and the inlet and outlet All are equipped with pressure measuring holes (21).
Two-stage pump (Figure 2): The rest is the same as the single-stage pump. Only the pump cover (11), pump body (10) and middle guide vane (22) constitute two working chambers. Silicon brass 80- 3 Cast first-stage impeller (23) and cast iron HT200 second-stage impeller (9).
Single-stage pump with inducer (Figure 3): The rest is the same as the single-stage pump, only the impeller material is silicon brass 80-3, and an inducer made of silicon brass 80-3 (24) is added in front of the impeller. , to improve cavitation performance.
