Prefabricated Smart Pump Station
The integrated smart pump room integrates multiple water supply modes such as water tank transfer pressurization, tank type non negative pressure (stacked pressure), and box type non negative pressure required for secondary water supply equipment. The pump room is equipped with Kaiquan’s fifth generation digital integrated full frequency conversion water supply equipment and a highly reliable dual PLC control system (which has obtained an invention patent), greatly improving the safety, reliability, and intelligence level of the unit. In addition, the control cabinet of the Kaiquan pump room system has multiple configurations and can be connected to Modbus RTU Modbus TCP PROFIBUS PROF-INET. Wireless remote module 2G/4G and other communication protocols meet the needs of different customers, greatly simplifying the implementation of smart IoT devices. The latest solution to adapt to harsh environments, digital integrated full frequency conversion dual PLC technology, minimizes system failure rates.
