The diesel engine equipped with a clutch is directly connected to the double-suction split-center pump through a dual-output shaft motor and a special connection system to form an oil-electric dual-purpose unit.
The pump truck is equipped with a four-wheel assembly trailer (four supports, 180-degree steering, with brake system and towing rod, motor and diesel engine rainproof box cover), the water pump can realize the motor and the matching diesel engine at the same time, the matching motor electric control cabinet and the motor and electric control cabinet connection, with inlet and outlet pipes, the water inlet is equipped with a plastic reinforced hose, the bottom of the water inlet pipe is equipped with a bottom valve, and the water outlet is equipped with a polyester filament polyurethane composite water hose. It is easy and quick to install and operate.
When using electricity, disengage the diesel engine clutch, the diesel engine is not running, start the working button of the electric control cabinet, and the motor drives the double-suction split-center pump to run; when not using electricity, close the diesel engine clutch, and the diesel engine drives the double-suction split-center pump to run. At this time, the motor is not working, and the motor shaft only serves to connect the drive shaft.
The main uses are flood control and drought relief, emergency rescue, municipal drainage, farmland irrigation and all places that require a large amount of water supply and drainage.
