There are two categories of Shanghai Kaiquan sewage extraction equipment: built-in and external water pump series. The built-in series include WQ/T stainless steel water tank built-in series, WQ/FT backwash series and WQ/TS PE water tank built-in series. The external series include WL /T stainless steel water tank external series, WL/TS460, WL/TS770 subway special closed lifting device series. Each series has a variety of pump specifications and water tank configurations, so there are many types for users to choose from.

This series of products is a comprehensive system solution specially developed by our company for the improvement of urban subway sewage. It mainly includes horizontal submersible sewage pumps (dry and submersible), PE water tanks, local control cabinets, input-type liquid level gauges and valve and pipeline accessories.
This sewage lifting sealing decoration is widely used in the urban subway field. It is mainly used to lift station toilet sewage or other domestic sewage and is installed in the underground station sewage pump room.
The oil separation and lifting device is an integrated device specially used in places such as catering oil and water separation and discharge. It mainly includes an inlet warehouse, a separation warehouse, a lifting warehouse, an oil drainage system, a submersible sewage pump, and an electrical control device.
1) Waste extraction equipment control cabinet
The KQK-T type electric control cabinet is an electric control cabinet equipped for ordinary sewage pumps other than subway sewage pumps. It is used to detect, control and protect the operation of submersible pumps. The system has a liquid level switch to detect the liquid level in the water tank, and realizes the functions of starting the pump at high water levels, stopping the pump at low water levels, and opening additional pumps at ultra-high water levels. The control system has short circuit and overload protection functions. At the same time, it also has motor cavity leakage, oil chamber leakage and winding overheat fault alarm and shutdown protection functions for corresponding pump types. The schematic diagram is as follows:

The control cabinet has manual and automatic working modes, which can realize automatic control of pump start and stop, automatic rotation of two pumps, automatic shutdown on failure, automatic switching and other functions.
2) Subway sewage treatment control cabinet
The control cabinet equipped with the subway sewage extraction closed device is similar to that of traditional sewage extraction. The difference is that the latter uses an input liquid level gauge and a liquid level float switch.The liquid level of the submersible liquid level gauge triggers the start and stop of the two pumps. The float level gauge serves as a redundant safety configuration to prevent the water tank from overflowing when the submersible liquid level gauge fails. The schematic diagram is as follows:
3) Oil isolation equipment control cabinet
The KQK-GT electric control cabinet is a control cabinet equipped for the oil separation lifting device. It is used to detect and protect the operation of the submersible pump. It is also equipped with temperature acquisition measurement and electric heating control. The intelligent oil separation is also equipped with an automatic slag discharge function.
The control cabinet also has the functions of manual and automatic control, automatic shutdown on failure, automatic switching and automatic rotation of two pumps.

WL/TS460 and WL/TS770 subway special series
Equipped with a cutting pump to easily cope with various impurity working conditions;

▲Set up a backwash pipe to prevent impurities from depositing at the bottom of the box;

WQ(L)/GT oil separation lifting device
1) Secondary separation technology, which removes residue first and then separates grease, effectively reduces the oil content in wastewater and improves waste oil collection efficiency;
2) The whole box has a fully sealed structure to ensure no odor leakage and is more environmentally friendly;
3) Built-in electric heat transfer device and automatic alkane device to prevent grease condensation under low temperature conditions;
4) Oil separation, improved integrated design, and intelligent automatic control effectively reduce user costs;
5) The oil outlet is equipped with a lens to observe the grease condition, and a stirring device is installed to stir the solid grease.
WQ/T stainless steel water tank built-in series
