When the cast iron impeller is severely rusted and the ring wear gap increases, the efficiency drops significantly by 7-8%, and the annual operating cost increases by more than 75%. A stainless steel impeller is used.

The mechanical seal adopts Burgmann/John Crane, and the stainless steel bushing in the sealing position and the mechanical seal will never rust. The mechanical seal failure rate is reduced from 2% to 0.9%.
The bearings adopt the SKF brand, which has low noise and long service life. Theoretically, it can reach 100,000 hours. The bearing failure rate has dropped from 1.6% to 0.7%.

The pump body and pump cover are made of coated sand casting technology, machine-shaped, smooth surface, uniform roughness, fine, uniform, and without defects. The casting size accuracy is high, and the accuracy can reach CT7-8. The appearance quality is good, the structure is dense, and the surface roughness of the casting is less than 12.5, which ensures the performance of the pump;
The pump body and pump cover are processed by LGMazak, DMG and other imported dual-workbench four-axis machine tool processing centers. The processing accuracy is 2μm, the processing quality is stable, and one-time assembly.The clamp completes the processing of the entire part, ensuring the accuracy and geometric tolerance requirements of each processing part.

The impeller is processed by a DMG dual-spindle machining center imported from Germany. The coaxiality of the workpiece can reach 0.01mm. The entire part can be processed in one clamping, ensuring that each requirements for accuracy and geometric tolerance of processing parts.

Precision casting impeller hydraulic center and parts center almost overlap, lay particular stress on less, using the Italian import CEMB automatic balance machine balance, mechanical operation, dynamic balance machine automatic detection, automatic weight, automatic retest, balance accuracy up to G1, eliminate artificial factors, ensure the impeller balance accuracy G6.3, good rotor balance, high reliability.

The pump body and the pump cover mold are directly processed into the whole body according to the CNC machining center according to the process requirements to ensure that the size error of the mold is controlled within 0.2mm, and the impeller adopts precision metal casting mold.

Five axis five linkage machining center, CNC boring and milling machine and other large high-end processing equipment and special aircraft tooling, in the domestic enterprises in the leading level, is the pump body, pump cover and other parts processing and manufacturing quality reliable guarantee.

The impeller is dynamically balanced to ensure smoother operation of the entire pump.

The pump shaft is adjusted to ensure the mechanical properties and the reliable operation of the pump.
