TBC Type Trailer Diesel Engine Pump
The trailer-mounted diesel engine pump set is a product with a novel structure successfully developed on the basis of repeated research on similar technologies at home and abroad. It complies with the GB/T5657 and GB/T13008 standards, and the engine complies with the GB1147.1 national standard. This pump set can suck and discharge liquids containing large solid particles and long fiber impurities, and can be widely used in municipal sewage and flood prevention projects, agricultural irrigation, etc. The pump unit has the characteristics of simple structure, good performance, high efficiency and energy saving, easy use and maintenance, and integrated or outdoor movable design.
The TBC trailer-mounted diesel pump is flexible and maneuverable; the equipment integrates driving power and can be used for surprise flood drainage and rescue in areas without power supply. When the equipment arrives at the site, the installed control system is used to start the engine to drive the pump, and then the fluid can be pumped, which is convenient and fast. Control system: Adopts a special controller for diesel engines.
Control features: Realize automatic startup, shutdown, data measurement, and alarm protection functions of the engine water pump system. The controller adopts a large-screen liquid crystal (LCD) graphic display, which is simple to operate and reliable in operation.
Control functions: (1) Manual control: Start, run detection and stop are manually controlled through the switch button on the control cabinet.

Note: In addition to the bellows and muffler, other extension pipes, elbows, reducers, antifreeze, diesel and engine oil in the exhaust pipeline are not included in the scope of supply and need to be ordered separately.
Self-priming pump
ZW type self-priming pump is a new type of pump that integrates self-priming and sewage discharge, developed based on the structure and performance of ZX type self-priming centrifugal pump and QW type submersible sewage pump, and drawing on the advantages of similar foreign products. Installing the bottom valve eliminates the need for water diversion, is easy to install and use, and requires very little maintenance.

Double suction pump
As an important form of centrifugal pump, double-suction pump is widely used in engineering because of its characteristics of high lift and large flow. It is equivalent to two single-suction impellers with the same diameter working at the same time. The flow rate can be increased by two times under the same impeller outer diameter. Medium temperature max. 80°C.

End-suction pump
This series of pumps are horizontal, axial end-suction, radial discharge, single-stage single-suction centrifugal pumps. The pump structure is a back-opening structure. When disassembling the pump cover and impeller, there is no need to disassemble the suction and discharge pipelines. The pump passes through the elastic The pin coupling connects the diesel engine. The vortex chamber, foot, water inlet flange and water outlet flange are cast into one body. It is suitable for transporting clean water and media with physical and chemical properties similar to water. Medium temperature – 10°C~85°C.

Mixed flow pump
Mixed flow pump is a kind of pump between centrifugal pump and axial flow pump. The specific speed of the mixed flow pump is higher than the centrifugal pump and lower than the axial flow pump. Its lift is higher than the axial flow pump and smaller than the centrifugal pump; but the flow rate is smaller than the axial flow pump and larger than the centrifugal pump. The temperature of the conveyed liquid should not be higher than 50°C. Widely used in drainage, irrigation, water supply and drainage, etc.

Each set of equipment is independently movable; mobile operation, arrival at any time; high displacement or long-distance transportation; installation and operation by a single person in a short time; no additional power supply and lifting equipment required; no complex maintenance.
Areas without power supply; sudden flood control and drainage; drought relief; agricultural irrigation, aquaculture; various temporary water pumping occasions; cofferdam water pumping industry, municipal drainage.
Pre-start inspection work:
(1) Check the installation of the inlet and outlet pipes to avoid air leakage;
(2) Check the engine oil level to meet the required height of the oil dipstick. If it is too low, add engine oil;
(3) Check the coolant level. If there is an expansion tank, the water level should be 2/3 of the height of the expansion tank; if there is no expansion tank, it needs to be topped up;
(4) Check the oil level in the diesel tank, and it is recommended to fill it up;
(5) For the first start of the supporting self-priming pump, water needs to be poured before starting; other water pumps need to be filled with water before each start.
Start the pump truck:
(1) When the diesel engine reaches normal speed, gradually open the valve on the water outlet pipe and adjust to the required working conditions;
(2) According to the alarm information that may appear on site, make appropriate adjustments to the speed of the diesel engine to ensure normal operation of the diesel engine.
Routine maintenance:
(1) Check whether the connections of various mechanisms of the diesel engine pump truck are in good condition and whether the rotating parts are flexible;
(2) Check whether the oil lines, circuits and instrument connectors are firm and reliable, and whether the wires are loose;
(3) Check whether the cooling system and other mechanisms of the diesel engine pump truck are in complete and normal condition;
(4) Check the fuel and engine oil levels, and add them in time if they are insufficient;
(5) Before the arrival of the flood season, the diesel engine needs to be started to check the starting performance of the engine.
