Automatic start and stop
When the user’s water consumption increases and the equipment outlet pressure drops to the starting pressure, the equipment starts. Intelligent constant pressure operation: When there is a small flow rate at night, the equipment automatically speeds up, replenishes water and stores energy in the pressure tank and then stops automatically. The air pressure tank is shut down to maintain pressure to realize water supply in the small flow section.
Automatic speed adjustment
Intelligently adjusts the speed of the water pump unit according to changes in user water consumption. The speed automatically increases when water consumption increases, and automatically decreases when water consumption decreases. Real-time dynamic adjustment ensures constant pressure at the end of the user and comfortable water supply.
Intelligent control
The equipment has the ability to sense big data such as pressure, flow, and electricity, and adopts the lowest energy consumption control technology to intelligently control the number and speed of water springs according to changes in user water consumption, which is efficient and energy-saving.

Due to the imbalance of secondary water supply, the peak time of water consumption in a day is relatively short, and most of the time it is running at small and medium flow rates. The lower the constant pressure value, the unit efficiency is closer to the high-efficiency zone, and the energy saving effect is better;
- The efficiency curve shifts to the small flow section
The lower the actual constant pressure value (relative to the rated head of the water pump), the more the efficiency curve of the water pump shifts toward the direction of small flow rate;
- Lower limit of flow rate in high-efficiency area
When the water pump is running at power frequency, the lower limit of the flow rate in the high-efficiency zone is generally 60% of the rated flow rate; when the water pump is running at variable frequency, the lower limit of the flow rate in the high-efficiency zone is generally 50% of the rated flow rate; when the water pump is running at low constant pressure, the lower limit of the flow rate in the high-efficiency zone is generally 50% of the rated flow rate. 40%;
- Comparison of energy efficiency under different constant voltages
When the constant pressure value is within 60% of the rated head of the water pump, the average unit energy consumption of the equipment (or the average efficiency of the unit) is almost the same.

Same flow equipment, multi-pump configuration, better energy saving
Energy saving analysis was conducted in accordance with the experimental methods of CQC3153 “Technical Specifications for Energy Saving Certification of Secondary Water Supply Equipment” and the following conclusions were drawn:
- Using 2 for 1 standby generally saves 10% energy than 1 for 1 standby;
- Using 3 for 1 standby does not necessarily save energy than 2 for 1 standby. A detailed analysis is required.
- Using1 for1 standby + auxiliary pump has the same energy efficiency asUsing 2 for 1 standby4. The actual operating user flow rate may be small. For the same energy efficiency estimate, the actual project is more energy-saving with multi-pump configuration.

The equipment can be supplied in parts and installed on site. The scope of supply needs to be determined separately.
