The TTMA series vertical barrel pump is a multi-stage, radially split, double-shell, built-in segmented shell structure centrifugal pump with high efficiency and low NPSHr. It is an API610 VS6 pump type.

Design Features
  1. Hydraulic model: Each specification has two different hydraulic models. The best hydraulic model can be selected according to the working conditions, and the high efficiency area is wide.
  2. Shell: double shell structure, the shell only bears the inlet pressure, reducing leakage points, safe and reliable.
  3. Balance mechanism: Most of the axial force generated by the multi-stage impeller is balanced by the balance drum device, and the remaining part is borne by the radial thrust bearing.
  4. Installation: The length and installation depth of the shell can be selected according to the customer’s requirements for cavitation performance.
  5. Bearings: The standard configuration is rolling bearings, thin oil lubrication, with an independent internal circulation automatic lubrication system, which is safe, reliable and has a long service life.
  6. When the pump is installed at a certain depth, the pump shaft has an intermediate support, and the support is lubricated with liquid.
  7. Shaft seal: Equipped with mechanical seal and necessary auxiliary devices according to the conditions of the conveyed medium. The shaft seal only bears the inlet pressure, making the operation safe and reliable. The shaft seal box body can be equipped with a water-cooling structure according to the working conditions to extend the service life of the mechanical seal.
  8. Flange: The execution standard can be selected according to actual needs. The flange standard is DIN, ANSI or GB.
  9. Steering: Viewed from the drive end, the rotor rotates counterclockwise.

 

Material

Carbon steel, chromium steel, chromium-nickel-molybdenum stainless steel.

API610 standard material grades S-5, S-6, C-6, A-7, A-8, D-1.

Depending on the media characteristics, other materials can also be used.

When the pressure of the transported medium is high, the operating temperature of the medium and the materials used in the pump should be considered
