1.Cylinder body
Using fiberglass reinforced plastic (GRP) material and computer-controlled spiral winding process. The overall design life is 50 years based on CFD flow field analysis and CAE strength calculation.
Equipped with inlet and outlet pipes, rubber flexible joints, and top maintenance covers. Auxiliary equipment such as safety grilles, ventilation ducts, and fans.

The application of CFD and CAE, in collaboration with the National Water Pump and System Engineering Technology Research Center and Jiangsu University, has been analyzed through CFD flow field analysis to ensure the optimal flow state and solve adverse water conservancy phenomena.


Based on the on-site environment of each interception well and combined with soil conditions, conduct mechanical analysis to ensure the strength of the cylinder body.

2.Submersible sewage pump
Full head non overload, non clogged impeller;
Adopting geometrically symmetric non overload efficiency impeller; The hydraulic design adopts CFD technology to achieve the best match between the pump body and impeller, with the widest flow channel, the best sewage throughput, and the highest efficiency.

Independently developed submersible motors;
The submersible motor with H-class insulation operates at a temperature of 180 ℃, providing the best cooling effect, prolonging its service life, and reducing water level during operation.

High configuration standard parts;
All standard parts are made from internationally renowned brands, and world-class suppliers work together with Kaiquan to create them.

Equipped with multiple protections such as oil chamber, motor and wiring chamber water inlet, winding temperature rise, water pump vibration, etc., and can also be matched with bearing temperature rise protection according to customer requirements.

3. Internal configuration
Drainage gate
Adopting the type of downward opening barrier door, the main material is stainless steel, with rubber soft seal, which has the characteristics of light weight, flexible operation, corrosion resistance, and convenient installation and maintenance.
Equipped with an electric head or hydraulic cylinder, it can prevent both river surges and sewage overflow. At the same time, it can adjust the flow rate and adjust the opening of the barrier door according to the values of the internal and external liquid level gauges, stopping at any height position.

Water inlet grille
Made of stainless steel 304 material, equipped according to different inlet pipes. Basket type and guide rod coupling installation, simple and convenient. The grid gap is 20-50mm, which can be used to store debris in the basket for regular cleaning in the future.

Electric gate valve
The long handle gate valve is made of 304 stainless steel material and sealed with nitrile rubber. It is driven by a dual-purpose electric head on the top cover of the cylinder. During the initial rainfall, the sewage flow can be limited. Adjustable interception multiple, actively shut down when the water level in the sewage pipe network is high, combined with strong discharge from the sewage pump.

4. Electric control cabinet

Equipped with an advanced independently developed monitoring and remote management system – Kaiquan Smart Cloud, data is uploaded to the platform to achieve joint control of multiple interception wells and multi-point rain gauges, improving the efficiency of sewage interception and drainage work. At the same time, based on the dynamic water level and collected rainfall data, the gate can be automatically opened and closed, and the water pump can be started and stopped. It can be automatically controlled on sunny and rainy days, achieving unmanned operation.
