XBD series electric horizontal split double-suction fire pump set is a product developed by our company according to market demand. Its performance and technical conditions meet the requirements of the national standard GB 6245 “Fire Pump”. The product was tested by the National Fire Preparation Quality Supervision and Testing Center, passed the Shanghai New Product Appraisal, and obtained the Shanghai Fire Protection Product Approval Certificate.

Bearing
Grease-lubricated rolling bearings are easy to maintain, and the bearings are enlarged and have a long service life.
The tail end bearing is installed with bearing bushing and keying, which is reliable in fixation and easy to disassemble and assemble.
Shaft
The shaft is thickened, has good rigidity, runs smoothly, has a novel structure, and the rotor will not be damaged if it is reversed for a short period of time, and it is easy to change direction.
Completely sealed shaft, no contact with liquids, no corrosion of threads
The parts are guaranteed to be assembled to size, and no adjustment is required when the pump is assembled.
Base
The entire series can be equipped with a welded steel base as needed, which is impact-resistant, tough, lightweight and durable.
Shaft seal
The high-quality mechanical seal has no leakage and the mechanical seal sleeve is made of stainless steel to avoid corrosion and is easy to maintain.
Non-asbestos soft filler that meets environmental protection requirements. Injection-type soft filler with online maintenance function. No need to shut down for maintenance to avoid expensive production shutdown losses. It has low friction power consumption and no leakage.

*The supporting power below 630kW can be equipped with the Y2 series low-voltage (380V) motor. It is a new type of high-quality motor that is better and higher-grade than the Y series. It has a beautiful appearance and low noise, with a protection grade of IP54 and an insulation grade of F. Level (B-level assessment). At the same time, Y2 series motors below 315KW have installation interchangeability with Y series (IP44) motors.

△Pump model and user-required operating point flow and head parameters (the pump model should include the nominal diameter and rotation direction of the impeller)
△Inlet pressure (the specific value is required to determine the static pressure test pressure, whether to match the return pipe and the pump casing material. If P1 ≥ 0. 60MPa, the pump casing material must be specially configured)
△Shaft seal type (if it is equipped with mechanical seal or injected soft packing, it must be specified. If not specified, it will be delivered as packing seal)
△The direction of rotation of the pump (if it is installed in a counterclockwise direction, it must be specified. If not specified, it will be delivered in a clockwise direction)
△Motor power, voltage, protection level, insulation level, cooling method (when the motor power is >100kW, IP23 Y series motors are generally used; when the motor power is <100kW, IP44 Y series motors are generally used)

- Selection instructions:
△User ordering is not limited by the parameters listed in the sample performance curve and technical data table. The parameters listed in the sample are only special typical point parameters for user selection reference. The company can provide products according to the flow and head operating points required by the user’s design.
△If the performance parameters are similar, the standard impeller pump type (M type) and the high-speed pump type are generally preferred.
△If the flow and lift parameters required by the user are not in the large flow and low lift working condition area of the product, the motor power can be calculated and determined based on the actual working point and appropriately reduced.

- Special attention points: In order to facilitate user installation, the base structure has been improved after the upgrade.
