The long-axis fire pumps produced by many manufacturers require special motors that can withstand axial force; or the bearing component only contains one thrust bearing, which bears the weight of the rotor and the axial force of the pump, but the radial force of the pump cannot be very large. If the pump is not properly balanced, faults such as large vibration, rapid wear of the guide bearing, easy loosening of the packing gland and packing, and water leakage often occur when the pump is running. The XBD series deep well fire pump adds a deep groove ball bearing above the original thrust bearing as the radial positioning of the entire rotor component, so that both axial and radial forces are well balanced, and the pump runs more smoothly and reliably. The working principle of the pump: the motor drives the impeller working under the liquid to rotate through the shaft. The fluid obtains energy through the impeller and then changes direction through the space guide vane. It rises vertically in the inner cavity of the outer tube, and is converted into a horizontal flow out through the water outlet elbow.
This pump is composed of two parts: a central rotating body and a pump body. The rotating body part is composed of impeller, shaft, sleeve-type rigid coupling (coupling and coupling sleeve), bearing, elastic pin coupling, etc. The pump body is composed of a filter screen, space guide vanes, outer tube, inner tube, rubber bearing frame, base, water outlet elbow, bearing body, motor base, etc.
The entire part of the pump is connected to the water outlet elbow and fixed through the bottom plate. The rotating body component is supported by the upper double rolling bearing, the intermediate guide bearing component and the lower guide bearing component in the space guide vane. The rolling bearings are oil lubricated, and the lower guide bearing component and the intermediate guide bearing component are water lubricated.
