The ZW II series self suction non clogging sewage pump is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, pump cover, mechanical seal, inlet valve, gas-liquid separation pipe, inlet and outlet pipes, etc. The structure of the pump is shown in the figure.
The working principle of the pump: There is a liquid storage chamber inside the pump body, which is connected to the pump working chamber through a reflux hole, forming an axial reflux external mixing system of the pump. After the pump stops working, there is already a certain volume of liquid stored in the pump chamber. When the pump starts, the stored liquid inside the pump is ejected upwards with air entrained by the impeller. The liquid flows back to the working chamber through the grid of the gas-liquid separation pipe, and the gas is discharged from the pump, creating a certain degree of vacuum inside the pump and achieving self suction.
During the second operation, a one-way check valve is installed at the pump inlet, so there is no need to add water storage to start the pump.

The ZW II series self suction non clogging sewage pump integrates self suction and non clogging sewage, adopting an axial reflux external mixing type. - Environmental temperature ≤ 50 ℃, medium temperature ≤ 50 ℃.
- The medium weight shall not exceed 1050 kg/m ³。
- The self suction height should not exceed the specified value, and the total length of the suction pipe should be ≤ 10 meters. (Water temperature 20 ℃, standard atmospheric pressure)
- The diameter of suspended particles is 60% of the pump diameter, and the fiber length is 5 times the pump diameter.
- When the medium temperature is high, the self suction height and the length of the suction pipe need to be reduced.
To ensure the long-term reliable operation and normal maintenance of the pump unit, it is recommended that customers purchase the following spare parts as needed:

- Check if the fasteners at the connection parts of the pump base, pump cover, etc. are loose? If there is any looseness, it should be tightened.
- Open the water filling plug above the pump, add and discharge liquid storage water not less than two-thirds of the pump body volume, and tighten the screw plug. In the future, there is no need to refill water when starting up.
- Connect the power and try to rotate it. From the motor end, it turns clockwise. (Reverse is strictly prohibited)
- Start up and observe if the pump is running normally? If there are abnormal phenomena, the cause should be identified and eliminated.
- It is strictly prohibited for the pump chamber to run empty without liquid;
- Check if the motor direction is correct, and it is strictly prohibited to reverse it for a long time;
- It is prohibited to operate the pump for a long time under cavitation conditions;
- The inlet pipe must be strictly sealed and not leak water or air;
- It is strictly prohibited to overload the motor for a long time under low head and high flow conditions.
