From April 16th to 18th, the 2026 Annual Meeting of the China Association of Urban Water Supply and Drainage and the Urban Water Technology and Product Exhibition were successfully held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an). As a platinum sponsor of the industry, Kaiquan showcased its products and solutions covering the entire water supply and drainage industry chain with a 312㎡ premium booth.
The annual meeting’s purpose focuses on the “15th Five-Year Plan” period
This year’s annual meeting, themed “Meeting Friends, Discussing Strategies, Seeking Opportunities, and Pursuing Development,” focused on industry hot topics such as high-quality development of water affairs during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, smart water affairs, comprehensive water environment management, and water supply security. It attracted nearly 10,000 industry experts, water utilities, engineering institutions, and industry chain partners from across the country to participate and exchange ideas. With the philosophy of “The Way of Water, Benefiting All Things,” Kaiquan explored new paths for the green, low-carbon, intelligent, and efficient development of urban water affairs through product demonstrations, in-depth technical explanations, and project case sharing.
Kaiquan booth highlights
Throughout the exhibition, the Kaiquan booth consistently attracted high visitor numbers, showcasing its flagship products including integrated pump gates, the G2 high-efficiency silent variable frequency water supply system, submersible full-flow pumps, IoT smart submersible sewage pumps, micro direct-connection water supply equipment, and outdoor smart pump stations. These products cover the entire supply chain, from water source intake and water plant transportation to urban water supply networks, end-point secondary water supply, and water environment management.
The one-stop water solutions and real-world product demonstrations, with their advanced technology, scenario adaptability, and mature implementation, drew numerous water authorities, design institutes, engineering companies, and professional visitors, who stopped to observe, inquire, and discuss cooperation, making it a focal point of the exhibition.
Excellent speech
During the technical sharing session, two product line managers from Kaiquan delivered keynote speeches. Zhu Qingyi presented on “The Application of Integrated Pump Gates in Comprehensive Water Environment Management,” systematically explaining the technological innovations, system advantages, standardization, and engineering practices of integrated pump gates, providing mature solutions for urban water environment improvement and flood control and drainage.
Integrated pump stations
Integrated pump stations, with their advantages of integration, small footprint, short construction period, low maintenance, and intelligent control, have become the preferred solution for river management, flood control and drainage, ecological water replenishment, and old gate renovation. 95 projects have been implemented nationwide, with 215 sets delivered. They effectively address the pain points of traditional gate systems, such as difficult land acquisition, complex pipeline relocation, large civil engineering works, and long construction cycles, significantly reducing the total life-cycle cost.
Kang Eryun presented on “Core Advantages and Engineering Applications of High-Efficiency and Quiet Water Supply Products,” explaining core breakthroughs such as permanent magnet motors, full frequency conversion, intelligent noise reduction, and energy saving. They shared successful implementations in projects such as the renovation of old pump stations in Qingdao, the Hilton Hotel in Changchun, and integrated urban and rural water supply, showcasing Kaiquan’s core strength in ensuring safe water supply for the “last mile” in urban areas.
High-Efficiency, Quiet, Fully Variable Frequency Water Supply System
The G2 high-efficiency, quiet, fully variable frequency water supply system is equipped with an IE5 + ultra-high-efficiency permanent magnet motor, achieving Level 1 energy efficiency certification. Its noise level is 10-15dB lower than traditional equipment. It features fully redundant control, variable current and voltage energy saving, and rapid installation and maintenance, making it a benchmark product for secondary water supply renovation in old residential areas, star-rated hotels, and integrated urban and rural water supply systems.
