Recently, the expert group of the Data Center Committee of the HVAC Industry Technology Innovation Alliance (CAHVAC) visited the Shanghai Smart Factory of Kaiquan Pump Industry for inspection and exchange.
Through on-site visits and technical discussions, we have a deep understanding of Kaiquan’s core strength in the field of high-end pump product research and development and manufacturing, and jointly explore new paths for the development of data center energy-saving technologies.
The strength of smart manufacturing was praised by the expert group
The expert group focused on visiting Kaiquan’s smart manufacturing workshop and national R&D and testing center.
As the innovation center of the group, Shanghai Smart Factory is equipped with the world’s leading intelligent precision processing equipment and flexible production lines. It has created a customized production base for high-end products such as nuclear power pumps, intelligent complete sets of equipment, and data center pumps.
The large-scale pump open test bench, air conditioning unit test bench, and smart pump silent test platform displayed on site cover cutting-edge research fields such as hydraulic models, material properties, and noise. Its independent research and development capabilities and the smart operation model driven by the Internet of Things fully demonstrate the hard-core strength of Kaiquan’s “Industry 4.0” benchmark factory.
Technical seminars focus on the future of green data
At the symposium, the Kaiquan technical team shared the “Research on the Application of Intelligent Variable Frequency Pumps and Pump Groups in Data Centers”, “Research on Horizontal Stainless Steel Multistage Pumps for Energy Storage Liquid Systems”, and “Research on Kaiquan Double Suction Pumps in Data Centers”.
Industry experts conducted in-depth discussions on pump system reliability and liquid cooling technology applications.
In the “Technology and Market” exchange session, the two sides held a heated discussion on water pump technology products and production processes, reliability, stability and continuity of pumps for data centers. Intelligent and modular innovations, and opportunities and challenges of liquid cooling technology.
Experts shared their practical experience in the field of data centers on key issues of water pump technology and applications, and put forward opinions and suggestions.
