CSPPLAZA solar thermal power generation platform member units visit Kaiquan
Recently, a national tour research team led by Chen Shixin, director of CSPPLAZA solar thermal power generation platform, visited Kaiquan Pump Industry Group.
Accompanied by Wang Dongjin, director of the marketing headquarters, and Deng Banghua, general manager of the energy and industrial division, the research team conducted field visits and in-depth discussions. A comprehensive understanding of Kaiquan’s technical strength and development plan in the pump industry. The two sides reached an important consensus on deepening cooperation in the field of solar thermal power generation.
At present, my country’s solar thermal power generation industry is in a critical period of large-scale development. As one of the core equipment of solar thermal power generation, the reliability of molten salt pump directly affects the stability of system operation.
At the symposium, Director Chen Shixin pointed out: “Kaiquan has a deep technical accumulation in the field of special pump research and development, and should continue to give play to its own advantages to promote domestic substitution. Provide better equipment support for the solar thermal power generation industry.”

In this regard, Director Wang Dongjin of Kaiquan said that Kaiquan has always regarded “molten salt pump technology research” as a strategic focus, and has continued to increase R&D investment.
General Manager Deng Banghua of Kaiquan emphasized: “Compared with imported products, Kaiquan molten salt pumps have significant advantages in energy efficiency and operation stability. Kaiquan has great potential to do more in domestic substitution for imports.”
The research team visited Kaiquan Shanghai Industrial Park on the same day. They focused on visiting 12 core production units including “heavy processing center” and “nuclear power pump production line”.
And the pump testing center certified by CNAS. Complete intelligent manufacturing system and annual production capacity of more than 2 million units.
In particular, the independently developed digital management system left a deep impression on the research team.
Officially granted Kaiquan membership qualification
During the event, the CSPPLAZA platform officially granted Kaiquan membership. Director Chen Shixin and Marketing Manager Zhang Zhenkun jointly presented the certificate plaque. Both parties confirmed that they will jointly hold a molten salt pump technology forum in June to build an industry technology exchange platform.
