Guozi City Branch Canal Project
As an important river in Gaotang County, Guozi City Branch Canal carries the heavy responsibility of discharging and draining road rainwater.
However, with the expansion of the city, the original river facilities can no longer meet the growing demand for drainage.
In this context, Gaotang County decided to carry out drainage and improvement of Guozi City Branch Canal to improve its drainage capacity and ensure urban safety. Kaiquan is the undertaker of this important project.

At the beginning of the project, Kaiquan Jinan Branch conducted in-depth docking with the design institute and actively promoted the design concept and application advantages of the integrated pump gate.

Sluice station type: integrated pump gate, with one gate and two pumps, a total of 2 project sites, 6 gates and 12 pumps, to achieve efficient drainage;
Water pump model: submersible axial flow gate pump 900ZQZ-125-185, power 185kw, excellent performance, stable and reliable;
Host type: hydraulic flip-up hoist QPPY2-500KN, fast lifting speed, stable structure, good landscape effect;
Working gate: exposed flat steel gate, precise size, strong sealing, meeting the specifications of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
Product advantages
Kaiquan integrated pump gate combines water pump and gate into one, integrating water pump, gate, opening and closing system, flap gate, sewage interception system, liquid level monitoring, maintenance system, intelligent control and other ancillary facilities into one, without occupying additional land area, without affecting the flow of river, and ecological environment friendly.

① Gate advantage:
a. After CAE gate strength calculation, it is guaranteed that the gate strength and rigidity meet the requirements, reduce the ineffective thickness of the gate, and save equipment investment.

② Submersible axial flow pump advantages:
a. Use a special gate pump (submersible axial flow pump) specially designed for gate installation, and the overall optimization design for gate installation is carried out, with shorter length and lighter weight. The center of gravity of the water pump is closer to the center of gravity of the gate, and the vibration of the water pump operation has less impact on the gate. The gate pump is also equipped with leakage and temperature rise sensors to prevent hidden dangers of the gate pump underwater.
b. The motor adopts a double-support design, and the rear end of the motor is matched with the gate. At the same time, it is equipped with a rib plate to achieve multi-point support and reduce vibration.
c. Adopting a high-efficiency hydraulic model, the water pump has high efficiency.
③ Advantages of the hoist:
