Kaiquan Xinjiang Smart Exhibition Hall successfully held a water pump integration technology exchange meeting.

System Integration, Intelligent Control for the Future

Recently, the “System Integration, Intelligent Control for the Future”—Water Pump Integration Technology On-site Exchange Conference, hosted by Kaiquan, successfully concluded at the Xinjiang Smart Exhibition Hall. This event aimed to build a high-end platform for direct dialogue with leading design forces, jointly exploring new paths for empowering engineering projects through technological innovation.

The event received strong support from the Xinjiang Refrigeration Association, the HVAC & Building Water Supply and Drainage Academic Committee, and the China Survey and Design Association. It successfully invited 56 chief engineers and senior designers from over twenty renowned design institutes specializing in HVAC and water supply and drainage to the site for in-depth inspections and technical exchanges.

As the only water pump manufacturer in Xinjiang with a physical smart exhibition hall, Kaiquan aimed to showcase its cutting-edge technological achievements and practical application capabilities in system integration and intelligent control to core design forces in the industry through this immersive experience.

Event Scene

At the beginning of the event, Mr. Zhang Jinfu, General Manager of Kaiquan Xinjiang Branch, delivered a welcome speech, warmly welcoming all the expert designers.

In the subsequent technical session, a team of technical experts, including Liao Mingfeng and Yang Xinjun, technical managers from Kaiquan Lanzhou Branch, focused on core products such as IoT-enabled fire-fighting water supply units, high-efficiency silent digital integrated variable frequency water supply equipment, and GXS high-efficiency heat exchange units, combining detailed engineering case studies.

They provided in-depth analysis of their significant advantages in energy efficiency, operational stability, applicable scenarios, and intelligent operation and maintenance. The professional interpretation directly addressed pain points and needs in the design process, resonating widely with the designers present.

Dynamic Simulation Demonstration Area

To make the technology more intuitive, a dynamic simulation demonstration area specially set up in the exhibition hall became the focus of the entire event.

Through a combination of 3D animation and real-time parameter monitoring screens, the working status of Kaiquan pump units in various complex scenarios such as chemical industrial parks, large-scale sewage treatment plants, and super high-rise buildings was vividly reproduced. The abstract technical concepts of “high efficiency, reliability, and energy saving” were transformed into visible and tangible performance evidence.

Exchange and Cooperation

This exchange meeting was not only a concentrated display of products but also an in-depth exchange of needs and ideas.

Through face-to-face communication, Kaiquan accurately identified the core concerns and application needs of design institutes in project design.

In the future, Kaiquan will leverage this opportunity to further deepen its collaborative cooperation with the design field and continuously upgrade its technical service system. The Xinjiang Smart Exhibition Hall will be developed into a regular “technical exchange platform,” regularly inviting designers to participate in product testing and solution discussions.
