Dual-Carbon Driven, Energy Saving and Efficiency Improvement
In response to the national “dual-carbon” strategy and to further promote the green transformation of industry in Yulin City,
recently, the Shaanxi Provincial Energy Conservation Association and the Yulin Municipal Development and Reform Commission’s Energy Conservation Center jointly organized representatives from key energy-consuming enterprises in Yulin City to conduct a special research trip to the Yangtze River Delta region on “Dual-Carbon Driven, Energy Saving and Efficiency Improvement.”
As an important stop on this research trip, the delegation visited the Shanghai Industrial Park to explore Kaiquan’s strength and achievements in green manufacturing and technological innovation.

Sun Weilin, Vice President of Kaiquan, warmly welcomed the delegation.
In his speech, he introduced that after 30 years of steady development, Kaiquan has formed a business structure covering multiple fields such as thermal power, nuclear power, petrochemicals, and municipal drainage. It has not only obtained design and production licenses from the National Nuclear Safety Administration, but its nuclear power pumps are also exported to European countries such as the UK and France.
In the field of energy saving and carbon reduction, Kaiquan utilizes core technologies such as hydraulic model optimization and the application of IE5 permanent magnet motors. Launching multiple high-efficiency energy-saving products, some units achieve energy savings of up to 30%, and has completed over 5,000 energy-saving renovation projects, saving customers over 2.7 billion yuan in electricity.
In Yulin, a key energy hub, Kaiquan has been deeply rooted in the industry for many years, participating in the construction of numerous key projects such as Shaanxi Future Energy’s coal-to-oil project, Yulin Chemical Phase I, and Beiyuan Chemical. Cumulative sales have exceeded 600 million yuan, demonstrating its support for local industrial development.
Establishing a Deeper Cooperative Relationship
Shang Zhanchao, Secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Energy Conservation Association, introduced the association’s professional service capabilities in energy conservation and carbon reduction. Zhou Wenli, Director of the Energy Conservation Center of the Yulin Municipal Development and Reform Commission, elaborated on the current situation and policy direction of industrial energy conservation and emission reduction in Yulin. Both parties expressed their expectation to establish a deeper cooperative relationship with Kaiquan.
During the visit, the representatives toured key areas of Kaiquan’s Shanghai Industrial Park, including the production workshop, large testing platform, and nuclear pump workshop. They also conducted in-depth exchanges on topics such as lean production, efficiency improvement, and green transformation.
Jointly Practicing the “Dual Carbon” Goals
This visit not only allowed Yulin’s energy and chemical enterprises to gain a more direct understanding of Kaiquan’s latest achievements in high-efficiency energy-saving pump technology, but also built a solid bridge for cooperation between the two parties.
