To identify outstanding energy conservation and consumption reduction practices across various industries and leverage the exemplary role of outstanding cases, Shanghai launched a campaign to select outstanding energy conservation and emission reduction cases. In the third round of selection, Kaiquan Pump Industry was successfully selected for its outstanding performance, becoming a benchmark for green development in the industry.

Driven by technological innovation, we fully integrate green concepts throughout the entire product lifecycle. Many of its energy-saving products have achieved remarkable results, such as wide-band, high-efficiency double-suction pumps and intelligent permanent magnet water supply equipment, all of which have shone brightly in the energy-saving field.
Application for High-Efficiency Energy-Saving Pumps
The “Smart Flow” high-efficiency energy-saving pumps submitted for this application are a vivid example of Kaiquan’s energy-saving technology. In the Yangpu Wanda air conditioning water pump energy-saving renovation project, the renovation significantly improved the circulating water system’s energy savings, reaching an average of approximately 21.05%.
This project is expected to save approximately 184,500 kWh of electricity annually, saving customers 138,000 yuan in electricity bills. It also saves approximately 22.6 tons of standard coal and reduces CO₂ emissions by approximately 183.9 tons (every kWh of electricity saved saves 0.1229 kg of equivalent standard coal and reduces CO₂ emissions by 0.997 kg).
In addition, Kaiquan also provided commissioning and optimization services for the project’s air conditioning water system, helping the system achieve optimal operation and further tapping into energy-saving potential.
Outstanding Contributions
Over the past five years, Kaiquan Pump Industry has continuously demonstrated its strength, leveraging its strong technical capabilities and innovative spirit. It has completed over 5,000 energy-saving renovation projects for circulating water systems in various industries, including chemical, power, steel, and heating and air conditioning. This has saved clients approximately 2.7 billion yuan annually, significantly reducing standard coal consumption and carbon dioxide emissions. Kaiquan Pump Industry has made outstanding contributions to energy conservation and emission reduction.
